Great place to come knowing you'll eat with your eyes first and be dazzled. When I met up with friends there in February a musician was performing traditional highland music on various music an flutes. The vibrant hanging tapestries and forested entrance give the place an authentic feel. Susan, the proprietor took our order and took good care of our table while also serving other tables, bussing, pouring drinks, and plating dishes- all with a smile. My ceviche dish was topped with pickled carrots and onions, crisp seaweed and choclo and paired with cyber sweet potato. I've had it twice since then! The dish rivaled any ceviche I've had in Providence, Boston and traveling in Central America. As for my friends, their plates were clean!

We had a delicious dinner, and will return again. Chef / owner Vanessa was so welcoming. Pisco Sours were excellent. Our appetizers were really tasty: grouper ceviche was super fresh, delicious! Also the Chicken Skewers app. Pollo Saltado and Lommo Saltado, and the Fettucini a La Huancaina Con Lomo all were very tasty, excellent. Alfajores were delicious for dessert. Very friendly service.

After reading the rave reviews about the ones people ordered from here for Thanksgiving, I was excited to see them post pie offerings for Christmas on 12/21. Within an hour of their post, I checked with the guests coming for dinner and we decided to order the lemon custard pie. I called and placed my order to be picked up on Sunday 12/24 between 11 am and 2 pm. I arrived around noon to get my pie and they didn't have it, nor did they have any order placed by me. I hoped them my text exchange about which pie to get and my phone record showing when I called the restaurant and how long my call was for. I was the only patton in the restaurant and they went back and forth several times locking in the cooler, to no avail. Finally, I was told I could buy a banana cream pie instead. Seeing as none of us care for banana cream, that was not an option. To say I was quite dissatisfied is putting it mildly. Bad enough to not have my order, but to question me as to did I order it was insulting.

We had an amazing meal here. Our family of 4 tried several different dishes, and everything was fantastic and super comforting. Can’t wait to go back and try some more tastiness soon.Thank you to the chef for such a wonderful evening and experience—really loved hearing about your journey and passion!

I was so excited to try this place, unfortunately it was very disappointing. I hope they step up their food, the concept is great but the execution was terrible. There was no one in the cafe, it was silent no music or anything....and my order was still made incorrectly with a ton of onions which I asked for no onions... Which is fine, mistakes happen but overall the food was poor and the avocado was frozen not fresh. Hopefully it was an off day for them.

This was my favorite meal I’ve had in a long time. The food was incredible — just as good as the best meals I had when I lived in Peru — but the best part was the service. I loved getting to know the owner and learning her story.I would highly recommend this place. Stop in for an empanada if you just want a snack or come hungry and order it all!!

This is my 2nd time here! First off, the chef is so friendly and explains everything so well. We enjoy learning about the dishes and her passion for cooking is very clear! Based on recommendation, our family tried lots of things. Everything came out beautifully! The flavors were amazing. Can’t wait to go back over and over again! Wow!!
