The atmosphere seemed good; I found them through good reviews. I used the bathroom and there was no soap. I informed the staff that there was no soap, and they rudely told me to use hand sanitizer as they held a new bottle of soap in their other hand. Then, when I told them I wanted to use soap and water, they just kept repeating that the bathroom was busy and to use hand sanitizer. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're into people washing their hands properly.

Unassuming Ramen place with great vibes, service, and food. The takoyaki was amazing and the seasonal dango was some of the best I’ve ever had. The damn picture is the Tonkoysu with extra spice. For most Nee Englanders, this will be too spicy for you. I recommend extra egg and bamboo.The folks working were super fast and nice. There is options to change your noodle to Udon, which will be a try for me next time.

The service was great. She provided excellent recommendations. I have recently got back from Singapore(Considered a food Mecca) where I had four, Michelin star ramen restaurants and the food and over all experience was better here. Maybe I will figure out the way to petition the guide.

This place has a nice calming atmosphere. Big enough to not feel tight but still cozy at the same time.Ramen bowls are pretty good. In comparison to other places over been to I’ve had ramen with a richer pork broth. The pork, while good, wasn’t as tender as other places.Overall I would recommend this place if living near Bristol and needing a ramen fix. The staff and atmosphere are great.

If you’re looking for fresh, authentic Japanese food, atmosphere and hospitality you won’t be disappointed. The miso ramen best in a long time flavors rich noodles veges and a pork fill bowl. Tea edamame rich generous ramen were the choice. This family knows how to welcome guest with warmth and a complete traditional menu. Our hostess also painted the large mural which expressed tradition and modernity. Can’t miss place.

Best tonkotsu ramen I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried a ton of different places. The broth had gorgeous consistency, creamy, rich, yet gentle and not heavy; very high quality noodles, perfectly pickled ginger, and exquisitely marinaded soft boiled egg. The pork had real char on it which added yet another flavor dimension.I cannot say enough, my dinner was so good, I had to tip the kitchen staff separately. The waiting staff is absolutely wonderful, friendly, professional, authentic. Will be coming back a million more times to try everything on the menu!
