My 3-tier wedding cake came out exactly how I had asked for it. I wanted simple and elegant with no flowers and this is precisely what I received. The delivery was on time too during a holiday weekend! The taste was outstanding and I received so many compliments on it. Thank you Cake Gallery for making a delicious lemon raspberry birthday cake for my mother's 90th birthday party for 60 guests. The cake was moist, the texture and sweetness was on point. The flower arrangement and the sparkle on the frosting made it very special. For gluten sensitive folks we ordered some cupcakes which received rave reviews.
