I will say this, everyone is very nice and I have had very pleasant customer service experience. Unfortunately I feel that the chefs don't take pride in what they serve. I've had many overcooked meals including a chicken sandwich with burnt and inedible chicken. I know mistakes happen but if a cook sees that they have burnt the food they should make it again instead of assume it will be fine to serve. I also had a turkey sandwich before that was so overcooked the turkey was disintegrating into tiny bits. I'm unlikely to order food from the wave again Unfortunately. Not trying to be mean because everyone there I'm sure works hard and is very nice.

As much as we were all hopeful for a new dining experience, our party of six were disappointed with the quality of food, especially taste wise. Three people in our party ordered chicken marsala, which was more like a brown sauce than a marsala wine sauce. One person in our party ordered shrimp Mozambique which was more thick and tasted nothing like Mozambique french fries with drizzled in the sauce and rice was instant not cooked white rice. We ordered calamari to start, and that was overcooked and flavorless truffle tarts were nothing amazing either desserts were OK. Portions were large, but who wants to take leftovers that you weren't completely satisfied with. We are thinking that the sandwiches and pizzas and burgers might be the best option of choice at this establishment.

Had the Classic Cheeseburger. Very good burger, cooked perfectly. The bun, which makes the burger, was perfect. Had coleslaw for the side.My girlfriend had French onion soup that was very good, as well as the Apple Pear salad with a fig balsamic dressing. The Wave is a good place that I truly feel is very underrated.

Good hot chocolate and chicken broccoli alfredo. Able to replace items with alternatives in dishes. Steak was tender and yummy!

First time here. My husband got the winter kale salad. And I got a Greek. All the produce was so fresh! The dressings were very good. Our waiter was excellent. The place is very clean. Going back with family in 3 days. Highly recommend!Parking: More than enough parking.

(Update below) I ordered a tuna melt with grilled onions. I received a turkey sandwich. I returned my tuna melt, and had to wait another 15 minutes. I received a tuna melt this time, but with RAW onions, and was skimped on the fries. i'm annoyed, as I already gave a 20% tip. When placing my order, they said the photos on their website are out of date, so they had to verbally quote prices. There's a nice suggestion box right inside the door. I'm not sure I'll be returning to make such a deposit. UPDATE. I emailed them and received a response and a full refund. Much more than I anticipated as all I was requesting was a refund of my tip and the topping that was incorrect.

Unfortunately they don't know what a calzone is, so stay away from that. Their calzone has no ricotta in it?! It's basically a pocket of pizza dough stuffed with their pizza toppings. Their pizza isn't bad and their meatballs are surprisingly good. Service is always good.

You are greeted with a genuine, friendly hello! Brick oven pizza is awesome! Salads are huge! Love this establishment!

Steak bomb and a bottle of coke for $23.00 is beyond steep. And I picked it up. The price did not match the online menu price. If it did I would have applied for financing or went somewhere else.

Food is decent but not great.ordered delivery but told no drivers.happens often, should not be a problem.plenty of college students looking to make a buck.try paying a little more.bristol house of pizza has no problem getting drivers.balascos in warren no problem getting drivers.you need to step up and pay more for drivers.

Ordered on a Sunday night, all the food came, except the sauces we ordered (and paid extra for). Not a huge big deal, but The Wave dropped everything and ran the right sauces back over to our house right away. Thank you! ? Highly recommend! ?
