It seems like the owner of the subway is unable to keep a good staff. Usually language seems to be the biggest barrier as well. The subway employees barely speak English which makes it difficult to order what I want.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with at a Subway. The cashier was rude and impatient. I am a very polite and courteous customer to begin with and to be treated like I've personally offended you by graciously giving your place of employment business is frankly, inexcusable. In addition, the bathroom was "out of service". So there was no place to wash our hands before we ate. Luckily, we had our own hand sanitizer. Then when I asked for more than the one napkin I was given for my sandwich, I was told by the cashier that they only give one napkin per sandwich. What? That is laughable and horrible customer service. In short, I will make it a point to not stop at this Subway ever again

This place never fails!! The restaurant is immaculately clean, the staff is appropriately trained, and the food is fresh and delicious. Even though I don't particularly love all the staff that works there I have to admit they are all professional and well trained. I went in the restaurant 5 minutes before closing and no one huffed and puffed. The smiled while taking and preparing my order remembered to try to upsell and cashed me out perfectly. I would recommend this place to all. One more thing they keep the joint fastidiously clean. Great job subway!!

First of all update your hours. Second of all it’s 7pm on a weekday and you’re closed so I guess you don’t need sales.

Awful I ordered for pickup at 1 my pickup time was 1:30 by the time they were picked up my sandwiches were already soggy the vegetables were either brown or frostbit. Never again

I’m not sure what has gone with the subway, and I will add the entire area as well my experience tonight was interesting the meatball sandwich that I requested I waited about a half hour for it and it was cold, Next during the middle of my eating a group of I will describe as hood people entered the store and lit up cigarettes inside the subway and that is not what is supposed to happen. I did not feel comfortable in this subway at least tonight and most likely will not be back. This area needs improvement on so many levels but needs God most importantly.
