Excellent job by staff serving food while computer systems were down and doing everything by hand. Great job under difficult circumstances. My double cheeseburger was fine but I am a bit disappointed in the fact that Burger King has decided to decrease the size of their burgers. My wife had the Royal Crispy chicken sandwich and about a third of the chicken was rubbery and inedible.

I don’t know why I went back because this is the 3 time the food was horrible. Ordered a fish sandwich. I don’t know how long it was sitting but it should have never been served. Especially when your paying 15 and change for just 2 small fries a small coke and the sandwich . Did they refry it? The coating was dark and greasy. The fish inside was gray and overdone . This Burger King has failed in the food area. Im done.

I've been to Burger King for dinner and breakfast I ordered a whopper that was ok the fries tasted stale, I've had the French toast sticks and mini hash browns they tasted stale unfortunately the food has gone down hill I won't be going back anymore

This is probably the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to I am severely allergic to eggs requested no mayonnaise on my sandwich and they decided they wanted to try to poison me I do not recommend going to this restaurant it is severely disgusting and there are no mentally competent people who work there

Redemption...................While the staff were exceptionally courteous, this is the second time I ordered an Impossible Whopper and received an original, the mozzarella sticks were well overcooked, and staff are unable to remove items ordered that are no longer on their menu when ordered through the app.
I asked about the bacon melt. I asked what came on it. The cashier responds " I don't know" I asked another question about it, she responds " I don't know ". I asked, can you ask someone please, I'm interested in trying it. She went to ask. Tells me what's on it and mentions the sauce it has. I asked, "what kind of sauce is that?" Her response " I don't know, I just work here".
Everything was hot when we got it.
