Lady with the glasses and dirty blonde hair was very unprofessional and rude. I wish I had gotten her name All of my toppings she didn’t fold in and left on the block. Charged me extra for toppings she jist threw away whilst not paying attention to us at all.

I ordered a birthday cake for my 18 year old daughter and the employee said what I needed could be done but when I called 2 days later to take to the cake decorator Amelia who is the manager she said no she can’t do it all it was is to have red dripped frosting on the cake instead of the chocolate someone obviously doesn’t know how to decorate cakes never go there for a custom cake

Haven't had coldstone in years. And this was not the best experience. We ordered a cake batter batter pint ($10). The ice cream itself had declined in quality and they didn't even mix the brownie in. We found a whole piece of brownie settled in the bottom.

Yesterday went there for an ice cream sat at the only table in the place which gives you a clear view of the behind the counter scene so I decided to watch how they make things boy I'm sorry I did because I tossed my ice cream in the trash after I saw the scoop they use comes out of a metal bucket filled with used water but that's not the disgusting part the water that was on the mixing scoops poured from the mixing scoops directly onto the ice cream they started mixing and it was not a small amount either I saw the stream of filthy water from the table where I sat so all those disgusting bacteria from water bucket were now being mixed into the ice cream with what ever ingredients the customer had ordered absolutely unacceptable

Very tasty ice cream! I had a scoop of Chocolate Covered Strawberries (limited flavor) with Kit-Kats. The portions are fair but a little pricey, although it does include a topping.

I ordered a custom cake ($39 w/tip) from your store and this is what I got. Obviously, all around the bottom of the cake it's having issues, but you didn't feel the need to remake it, just try unsuccessfully to cover it up.

I ordered a custom cake from this location in the past and it was good. This time, not so good. For just under $39 (incl. tip), this is what was given. Looks like part of the cake bottom is missing and they couldn't be bothered to make a new one, so they tried to cover it up & failed. This was supposed to be served on Christmas Eve.
