Much appreciated for owner having this place open, but for all my party's first time there. Young staff need more customer service training. Instead of rushing people out and RETURNING TO DOING: TIC TOK VIDEOS

Where do I begin with how much I love this place. I am visiting Rhode Island for the week from Denver and have been to this ice cream shop at least 4 times since my visit– you can expect me to squeeze in one last trip before we leave! The staff is always friendly and the ice cream is gooey in the best way, rich in flavor and have the best flavors. I can't wait to visit RI again to come to this cute little shop! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to some ice cream here– maybe once, twice or come everyday of your whole trip like we did!

Best ice cream in Rhode Island. Super creamy, delicious flavors, friendly staff, fun location, affordable prices. Checks all the boxes - would highly recommend!

I grew up done the street. This is an OG establishment of Pawtuxet Village.

Two years after my first review I returned to the Pawtuxet Village store. Still dirty , no improvement at all, feel sorry for the kids who have to work there. They are obviously poorly trained. Shame on the owner.

Overpriced melted ice cream and sherbet

Hesitant about writing this seemingly because the owners clap back to every poor review that's written. I visited from out of town hearing that Dear Hearts was quite popular in the Pawtucket Village area and decided to try it out. I was honestly disappointed with the quality of the ice-cream, it's just normal ice-cream. What I really didnt enjoy was the stores hygiene. To me the inside felt gross and dirty to me and wish it was kept a little more clean. It would be cooler if maybe there are different crazy ice-cream flavors that would attract more customers.

Nice little place to get an ice-cream. It’s not my favorite in the area, but I feel like there is no bad ice-cream.

I grew up in this town and regularly went to Dear Hearts. With this information in mind, I can confidently say that the quality has remained consistent for as long as I've been going! The seasonal/weekly flavors are definitely worth a try, although the dark chocolate raspberry truffle was also fantastic. However, the prices were a little much. I came here and spent $20 on three small ice creams, which seems extreme for the amount served. Inflation and supply/demand are definitely factors, but I can make the assumption that Dear Hearts is not affordable on a regular basis. In addition, the manager of this location has shown brusqueness and a lack of discretion in their replies to customer reviews. This quality makes me hesitant to return and buy the (admittedly delicious) ice cream.

Such a cute and beautiful spot to enjoy some ice cream. The price for ice cream is also very affordable.

I like both locations and this ones just as good as the other. It’s ice cream lol don’t overthink it. They have so many choices and tons of soft serve flavors which is awesome. The kids that work there seem to try hard and don’t make mistakes. They’re kids after all, I saw a few reviews drag the place because of the service, it’s kind of ridiculous because I’ve gone a lot and never had anyone come across as rude. It’s my favorite place to go for ice cream. Just pop in and see for yourself

The staff were kind. They had tons of options.A cute place by the water. Had to wait around 10 minutes in the line they seem pretty popular.

Adorable little shop in a beautiful village, amazing flavors all made by them. They even have flavors for the month where they change it up. I had 3 different scoops each time I go, the most recent was birthday cake, Carmel cheesecake cookie monster, and campfire stores. Thier flavors are amazing and fresh with the perfect texture. The ice cream is soft but not quick to melt. Some of their ice cream has actually bite size pieces in it like birthday cake has small bites of actual birthday cake in it and it's like eating actual cake and ice cream. The cake is cold but not frozen or wet with their sweet creamy ice cream, I see would suggest it. They even have many topping and more like banana splits or ice cream sandwich. Try it and thank me later. You can eat the ice cream outside at the picnic table by the water. It's an amazing view and quiet setting. Almost like going back in time.
