Drive thru employee lacks knowledge. Because of her, duplicate on the go orders were created. She asked me to call Dunkin’ customer care for refund. I did try to call customer care, but i was not able to talk to human after 30 mins plus on hold. I lost my money. I will never ever will visit this location!!

Every single time I've come here in the past few months they've gotten my order wrong. Staff is also not trained on how to make new drinks that are available for order. Last time they burnt my food beyond recognition and this time an entire item was missing. Done coming here after many chances to do better.

I really hope this place would have gotten better with the remodel but it seems to have gotten worse. Very rude people that work there and very poor customer service. Although this location is very convenient for me, I go to the one on Plainfield Pike instead.

the person taking my order was absolutely rude never have that problem usually until today all because i asked if my vanilla bean Culotta when he made it just make sure the blenders clean or the correct syrup is put into because last time it tasted like coconut an then tells his co worker all i did was repeat myself i’ll never go in there again an i been going to that location for 6 years now but not no more i didn’t even get my order because i felt so uncomfortable

Small Town coffee shop atmosphere. Very busy but the servers are always very nice, consistent quality products, and the regular customers are just as nice to be around.

The drive thru is a true example of very poor quality customer service. I told the girl my order she had to repeat it to me 3x before she hit it... ?. Then someone handed me my bag, coffee and should've checked they forgot my hash browns. The tip cup was as gross as gross could be so there wasn't anyway they were getting a tip anyway because their service was awful and did not deserve a tip nor was I putting my hands on that disgusting germ laden tip cup that needs to soak in sanitizer. Seriously, is this job that tough? Don't recommend this location. Go to Park Ave, they are so much better!! I came here because I was in a hurry. These mishaps are too frequent as my husband comes here all the time and complains about what they forgot.
