LOVE the Pizza, meatball subs here!! This is the only Firehouse shop near me, I have to drive 25 minutes to get here. Passing by countless Subways, D'Angelo s, Papa Ginos, all of whom make a decent meatball.. but NOT AS GOOD AS FIREHOUSE!! I do hate how the current economy makes things pricey, because they blame it on inflation, but once it's down... the price never goes backwards.... Place was clean. Staff was curt but efficient. Long as i get my sub hot and accurate.. that's all that matters!! Great place!!

The food is good but it has got smaller like everything else and more expensive. Not worth the money anymore.

My sandwich came to $10.85, I put my debit card in the machine and it wasn't working, so she told me to put it on top of the screen and it worked.Next day my bank statement says $12.85, apparently they added a $2.00 tip. So I went back to dispute it and the manager was rude and said "I'm not refunding you anything, you must have accidentally touched the screen when you scanned your card". I was shocked how unprofessional and nasty she was. A professional manager with class would have simply refunded me $2.00 just to keep me as a returning costumer.Being a disabled marine corps veteran on a fixed income, I don't tip at sandwich shops.

Got to say, their subs were excellentI ordered a steak & cheese sub, friend ordered meatball sub, and it was really really juicy, the flavors had me savoring alot (he said the same with his order). It was also a good size so i was actually full (which doesnt always happen cause i eat alot).Parking tricky theres not alot of spaceSmall area, so if you go best to go by yourself maybe a friend or twoPeople were nice and gave me time to think about what i wanted (which is interesting because it was semi packed but still had good timing in their service).Aesthetically speaking, reminded me of Johnny Rocket but has a Fire Department themeDo love the fact that they do donate to the fire department (heard they were also founded by a fireman) which is pretty good/heartwarming

First time eating Firehouse Subs and I gotta say "It was a wonderful experience." I ordered the Brisket with Cheddar and the meat was very tender and tasty, I am very impressed. Will be back.

Tasty sandwiches, especially the steak and cheese! The online ordering service is very easy and specific with toppings.

The worst part about this place is the management. Super unprofessional, rude, and sometimes even illegal! I tried to change my availability, and was basically told if I did I might get fired, and when I quit they REFUSED to give me a final paycheck. Don't apply here, and frankly don't eat here either.

First time having a firehouse sub… I just want to say wow the was one of the best meatball sub that I ever had.. Would definitely love to give the other subs a try. Would definitely recommend what’s not a bad price neither..
