Went early in am. Slicers were dirty and stuff from prior was all over my provolone cheese. Person behind counter was not very pleasant and cut the regular smaller so I paid for a regular but the sandwich was smaller. Not very happy with this experience.

Good but overpriced and will always forget to include the $3.00 add on you requested. One time I ordered steak and cheese and it came no cheese. Just pay attention it's not that hard.

Best fast food sub chain; blows Subway out of the water. Been to this location multiple times and service is always quick and accurate. My go to is the Big Kahuna cheesesteak and if you ask them to add extra salt & pepper to it, it becomes one of the better cheesesteaks in this area. The space inside is small and can get awkward if there's a lot of people so I recommend getting take out.

Place makes pretty solid and consistent sandwiches. Annoying that they supposedly close at 9 but stop taking orders at 8:30 and not a minute later. Phone orders are also overseas so you’re not actually speaking to someone in the store. App ordering will start limiting what you can order at 8:30 on dot. Want to order a BLT on the app at 8:32pm? Nope. Can’t do it.

Called to order sandwiches at 8:35pm. I could not understand the man on the phone. He did tell me that the they were no longer taking phone orders for the night. The store closes at 9:00. I get wanting to leave work on time but shutting down phone orders at least 25 minutes before closing is unacceptable and should not be happening.

Honestly disgusted from what I’ve seen today this morning if I could give 0 stars I would. Gave the lady my order and as I’m watching her make my subs she coughs while wearing a mask halfway I mean what’s the point of wearing a mask if it’s not covering anything sneezing and coughing all over the food anyways it’s honestly sad that this is allowed especially in a food industry worst fast food experience ever will not be coming back to this location.

The atmosphere seemed uninviting. I did not care for the music that was playing. Napkins were left out on the tables, not in dispensers. It just didn't feel right for me. But the food was tasty and was made the way I wanted it.
