The scallops were small but cooked to perfection. I did not care for the kale and vegetable medley that our server said came with it. I would have been happier with a potato and asparagus, which I was prepared to get. Sides are a la carte. The wine was tasty. We did not stay for dessert.I think the atmosphere was okay. The menu items are overpriced for what we got.

I dined here with my 91 year old mom for the Leap Day lobster special. Given the crowd, this was clearly a very popular event, but the vibe was energetic and upbeat without being annoyingly loud. Couples, groups of friends and families with their kids, all seemed to be having a great evening. Jaelin was our server and did a fabulous job throughout the evening. She was friendly and professional and never got rattled in spite of the fact she was waiting on multiple tables simultaneously. I observed that she was patient with all customers; answering questions and making recommendations, all with a high degree of efficiency. The lobsters were delicious; a nice mid winter treat at a very good value. We ordered a side of fries and an excellent wedge salad to share. A couple of cocktails and we headed for home very satisfied. Thanks to all of the staff who were really focused on service excellence!

The food was expensive and horrible. When I was seated all booths near window were full, but mine. While sitting waiting for food, I witnessed every single party sitting in booths return food. I also returned my for being over cooked after specially telling them not to over cook. Expensive and

Ok so I got the stuffies ...it was supposed to have two...we got one and a half.. that was the best of what we had. Ordered the linguine with clam sauce...very sandy not rinsed properly... And last but not least we ordered the octopus... which was disgusting. Not sure how old it was but it definitely wasn't fresh... The name of the restaurant is legal Sea foods now I know why it's not called fresh seafood..or maybe illegal seafood

The prices are getting too high. A lobster roll over $40 is ridiculous. Prices are getting high like a special occasion restaurant, but I don't feel like the atmosphere, service and food rate special occasion place.

I love the ambience and the food in Cranston! I will definitely come back. It’s kinda pricey but worth it i guess. Go there when there’s special occasion. They have oyster promo $2 daily from 2-5pm.

From the moment we walked in the door and the hostess complimented us on being early for our reservation we knew this was going to be an excellent dine out. The waitresses did everything right and were constantly attentive to our needs. Our cocktails and bread just made us yearn for the appetizers and the colossal shrimp cocktail did not disappoint, nor my friend's lobster bisque, both 5 out of 5. But the entree was still to come. I rarely order swordfish in restaurants since it is one of my signature dishes and I have never found anyone who can prepare blackened swordfish as well as I can. Well the search is over. The swordfish was excellent complimented perfectly by the two sides of broccoli and cheddar sauce and a dish I had never had before, giant beans, kale and pancetta in a tomato stew. Fantastic! Top it off with key lime pie and I'm getting hungry for Legal Sea Food all over again.

I was so happy to dine at legal seafood and have a wonderful experience, we had recently dined at the prudential center location and the food was terrible - We will definitely be back to the Cranston location!

As a Rewards Member we took advantage of a limited time promotion offering 2 lobster rolls for the price of one. At $43 each, it was a very good deal. The mussels appetizer is very flavorful as was the Seafood Cioppino. The lemon mango martini is delicious. Our waitress was attentive, friendly and efficient.

Service was slow. I was sad to see they no longer specify which white fish they are using in fish and chips or the fish sandwich. That's because instead of hadock or cod they use pollok.? I ended up with falafel which was pretty hard. All in all, disappointing.
