Was there yesterday for the first time. I already reviewed the best spinach pie ever. Now I am going to talk about the stuffed pepper. Have not had my mom's stuffed peppers since she passed in 1995, but this pepper brought them back for me. Same stuffing she used just a bit spicier, again great job

This place rules. Best Italian deli in New England. Lots of great imported impulse aisle stuff too. Picked up a bottle of wine on impulse and it's one of the best Nebbiolo's I've had.Legit legit legit!

What a nice find. We have gotten pizza several times from here. Fantastic Best pizza. We had the party pizza. We have bought spinach pies and other homemade Italian foods. The service was very good and knowledgeable. The dining area is small but is nice and very clean. We will be going here for some time
First time trying Lou Umbertos. Stopped by on a Friday afternoon around noon. Place was busy during the typical lunch rush hour. Went with the Spicy Italian pizza and thought it was great overall. Good amount of toppings, cooked well. Very good overall tasting. A little grease, but not bad.Sauce was good. Crust had a decent crunch along the edges. Pizza had a lot of flop but was manageable. Good undercarriage. Good cheese and good overall taste. Did add some parmesean and red flakes to kick it up a notch. Very enjoyable pizza. Service was average at best. Pizza gets a Google 4, 7.6 out of ten.

This place has really good food. The staff is very good. Although all the food is homemade, if you get there later and the food has been there for a bit, it's still good. Parking can be tough when it's busy. Try the homemade meatballs, very yummy.
