First, I made the mistake of ordering through GRUBHUB, but this was Piezonis mistake.(something always gets messed up) I ordered $60 worth of food from the menu available online. My order went through and I was charged. I then received an email stating Piezonis has cancelled your order, you will get your refund in 5-10 business days. I was left with no order and now out $60. I contacted Grubhub and they said Piezonis did not have the food that we ordered. Why would your restaurant not update your menu then?! Why would you advertise having these dinner options? Close your restaurant or update your menu. This isn’t the time where people can just have their money put on hold and not get their meals. Very poor customer service. We want to support you, don’t make it so hard.

Ordered tonight 1-1-20 lg pizza that was mediocre at best & Italian grinder that should be called a vegetable one seeing there was hardly any meat at all.Very dissatisfied and won't be going back.There's a lot of great places to get a good pizza & a hefty grinder so we'll stick with our usual places in the future.

The food has potential.... but they never get it right. Not even as an online order, so be careful because I now consider them pricey especially to not even receive the food correctly. They were great for a while, but lately the food is medicore and the orders are never correct. For a while now every order has ben screwed up, a few even completely wrong. We tip them too, but honestly I'm losing my patience with this piezonis at this point. Very frustrating and way too expensive to never receive the right order. If this problem is fixed I will update my review. I am not even picky with food and rarely review places but I am done wasting money until this is solved.

I have been ordering from the Piezoni's in Cranston for a couple years now with no issues and the delivery drivers are always very nice and pleasant however today when I ordered my usual Piezonis salad with the grilled chicken that comes with the Pita bread, I only received the salad (no bread) I usually stuff the salad inside the bread and eat as a sandwich. So I called to let them know and the manager who was working tonight came on the phone and her response was "Well what would you like me to do about that?" I said "what do you mean?" She replies "Like do you want me to put note for next time to not forget about the bread." As if it was a joke that I would be calling for something like that. I then said she was not helping me and she HUNG UP ON ME. Very poor customer service. Horrible manager!! Wish I got her name but I did not. Will not be ordering from here again!!!

Lee Mogavero was incredibly helpful!! We broke down with two flat tyres - Lee stopped to see if we were okay and then let us use his phone to dial for help. He stayed to help for ages (in the rain as well!) and then later on drove back to us to let us know that the tow truck had TXT to say they were on their way. Thank you so much for your help Lee!

I have been a regular here for years. I always get a grilled chicken caesar salad, and it is consistently a good experience. The chicken is fresh, the lettuce is crisp, and they are very liberal with the shaved parmesan cheese. The manager and other employees are great people. I can't recommend this place enough.

Pizza is one of my favorite foods! I love it and I'm super picky! But I LOVE Piezonis Cranston. The crust is perfect and the sauce is so delicious! Their buffalo chicken pizza (mild) is one of my favorites. The service is great and delivery is super fast!! I would recommend Piezoni's Cranston for great pizza!!

Awful. Go anywhere else. We ordered 2 burgers to come with fries, hungrily and generously waited about 35 minutes when another guy comes back in and says he mistakenly was given an extra 2 burgers with fries with his Order. The staff asked us if it's cool that we take the food he returned and go, i said no, I would like a few fresh ones made, as these were cold and whatever else could be. The staff took about another 25- 30 minutes to make this new order, while we sat in their dining area. After waiting that long my girlfriend and I lost our patience, and asked at the counter how long until the food is going to be ready, the staff In the kitchen; We were about to basically demand either our food or a refund when they handed us our bag of food that they had apparently been made, but they chose to not walk over to us or let us know. Fed up, we decided to just take the food home instead of eating in the restaurant, we were too ticked off to sit there any longer. Upon opening our meals at home, ALL of our food was burnt to he11! The burger was a blackish hockeypuck, not even the fries were salvageable. By the way, the food cost us I believe about $23'sh dollars. I'm pretty sure we ate a few fries from each box before discarding all of it. Thanks yelp, but I'd give this place a 0.5/5 stars if possible.

Specifically asked if Big Bird sandwich was made with smoked turkey. Was told no, it was not. I asked a second time, "so it's different from the smoked turkey sandwich?" Yes. Almost 30.00 wasted on 3 sandwiches that we threw away.

Poor customer service she kept asking me for my number trying to say I ordered one time from now when I order completely all the time poor attitude my pizza came out as a large not an extra-large came across beat up wouldn't give me anything back into I told her that the delivery person was still here then they finally gave me a refund on my pizza poor poor poor customer service on the phone I even took pictures of the pizza wish I knew how to post the picture up to show these people it's a shame 21$ pizza and came like a beat up half pizza mixed up on top of each other not even cut it's sad
