I don't normally complain but this piece of cardboard needed to be addressed. This is the burnt disaster that they actually served their customer. The owner should be ashamed of his staff and business. Worst pizza ever!!

I went to the Cranston location. With all the great pizza in the state, PVD Pizza can't contend. The pizza was soggy and bland.

I've ordered alot before..after today, forget it...my steak n cheese looked more like the size of a breadstick with some steak rather than the sub I paid for...ridiclous I work in a bakery and never seen a sandwich roll this thin...

I just love this place! They not only have great pizza, but they have awesome apps and a full bar. Additionally, there's karaoke on Wednesday nights, which is a big plus for me! The mac & cheese pizza is pretty amazing, but I think their steak and cheese calzone might be the winner! They also have tons of dairy free and vegan options, which is hard to find.

Great place, l order from them all the time. They have a big menu, and most of it is good. The pizza, calzones and wings are my favorite. The calzones in particular are terrific and there are tons of ingredients to customize your order with; not just your typical meat and cheese options. Recommended!

We have always loved PVD pizza but recently they have been taking over an hour for delivery and the food comes cold. I'm crossing them off my list of go to for delivery

Wow. When we first moved to Cranston, we got sucked into the convenience and routine of ordering from the same place. Which unfortunately kept us from branching out and trying new places. However, we are now renovating our kitchen and have been eating out a LOT. So, we have been switching it up. SO glad we finally tried here! The fries were amazing. Next time I will make sure to order a large side. The mozzarella sticks were slightly overdone, but that is literally the only complaint I have.I tried the PVD special pizza...and was very happy with it.Will absolutely order from here again!

We visited the "new" West Warwick location this past weekend. Saturday night at 6:30pm and only 2 other tables were occupied- I should have noticed that. It took them 16 minutes to get us a menu & when we ordered drinks I asked for wine, & my husband a beer (advertised outside on a huge banner that they are serving beer), only to be told they don't have a liquor license yet. Then don't advertise that you do! We ordered a Caesar salad and potato pizza. While waiting for 20 minutes for the salad we noticed how many take out orders were being delivered. In and out, in and out. They must have been at least 4 delivery guys. It was obvious they cater to take out and not to customers that eat in. Received our salad which was like the bag salads you get at the store. Pretty pathetic for $8.00. Next, the pizza. It was covered in tator tots! I asked the girl what was on it and she said they use tator tots for potatoes. Supposed to have bacon, scallions and sour cream. No sour cream served so we had to ask for it. Pizza was very bland after you remove the 50 tator tots. No bacon or scallions. Honestly, the worst pizza I've ever had. Management needs to take a hard look at this location and focus more in customers eating in than delivery. The kitchen staff was entirely focused on the take out orders over customers eating in. Bouncing to music and laughing & ignoring those eating In. I'm not a prude, have fun at your job, but don't neglect your customers. We were starving so we ate 2 bites and went across the street to House if Wu!!! It took us over an hour 1/2 for a bag of lettuce and a pizza. No take home boxes for leftovers needed!!! I would never return and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Where to even start... it's been so so long since I've had an experience w a local pizza place that I couldn't stop raving about... And it finally happened!! PVD PIZZA ALL AROUND, in EVERY ASPECT OF THE EXPERIENCE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! We had an impromptu party, the kind where like 5 diff friends randomly stop by, unexpectedly, on same night... with beers! Yup. That kind. Before I knew it it was 11:30 and we were starving! Choices are limited, only a handful of places are open at that time, and I've had em all. We hadn't had PVD in a while and it's legit 3 mins away. To start, it was 11:44pm when I called, and I didn't think they would take my order (they close at 12 and every other place around here STOPS taking orders like half hour BEFORE close time). The guy answered and I asked if they would still accept a take out order and he said of course! Off to a good start!) I ordered a PVD special calzone and asked if we could still order steak & cheese or if grill is already closed/cleaned- he was so cool and responded- he had already cleaned the grill but of course he will make the steak if that's what we want!! I already liked this guy, now I REALLY like him!! Lol. My final item was an Italian grinder but I told him I didn't want it toasted bc I hate my veggies cooked! Who would ever want cooked lettuce!?? gross! He told me he puts it in the oven to toast it/melt the cheese BEFORE he puts the cold condiments on (lettuce/tomato/onion/hot peppers/pickles). I'm seriously IN LOVE NOW . No other place around puts this extra effort into making a PERFECT Italian grinder!! While it's a little more trouble and adds an extra step- it's so worth it! To have the lettuce/tomato/toppings etc fresh and crispy on the sandwich rather than warm and mushy!?? THE BEST!! I wish I got his name, the guy who answered the phone on Sat night 7/2 just before closing and still offered the absolute BEST, personable, professional, genuinely friendly and helpful service- KUDOS TO YOU my man! Your work ethic, dedication and amazing customer service skills shine! You work as though you have a personal vested interest in the success of that business which is literally IMPOSSIBLE to find these days!! Maybe you do?? But I know you mentioned your boss is the owner so I know you don't personally own it, yet, your service is better than most owners!! Ps- EVERY SINGLE ITEM I ORDERED WAS THE BEST I HAVE HAD IN YEARS!! Quality ingredients, freshly made, hot, tasty, the PVD special calzone was AHHHHMMAAAZZZING! I can't wait to order another! Perfect ratio of fresh toppings to lots of cheese, cooked to perfection with the cheese bubbling up through the top of the crust... omggg sooo good! Crispy on the outside, fresh and delicious on inside!! Italian grinder- hands down slaaaayyyedddd!! Fresh Italian bread good quality lunch meats and again, good ratio of meats/cheese to bread. Your special attention to detail makes all the diff in the world- seriously, THE BEST AROUND!! You are KILLIN IT over there at the Cranston PVD location- thank you! I am so glad to have found you and will be your biggest fan!! I'll continue to be your best customer if you continue to provide the food and service you provided late Sat night, even when everyone else figures it out and you have 2 hour waits!! Lol Thanks again
