4 stars for everything but the pizza. For wood fired, total disappointment. Outer crust was singed well done for only a quarter of the pizza and the bottom was undercooked and floppy. Drink selection, bartender and atmosphere top notch.

I love the homey vibe you get here. The pizza is actually incredible. Like. Not a single bad pizza on the menu. Tots are fire, wings slap, but the valley burger is my stuff. That’s so good. Cocktails well made and the staff is very friendly.

This place is always a reliable go to. One of the best pizzas in providence which is a cool underdog vibe. The staff is super friendly and attentive while knowing their stuff. Big plus. I'm a massive fan of the energy in this place because it's always cozy and casual but sexy garage party too. Thankful for the sister carol!

Lost Valley is perfectly in the middle of the pack. They have pretty good drinks and a fun, quirky vibe inside what appears to be an redecorated warehouse. There's cool artwork to see all over the place and plenty of screens if you want to watch a sporting event while you're eating. They even have a massive projector for main events (sporting events, movies, etc.).The service is fine, nothing good or bad stood out in either direction.I went for Tacomania and they offered two veggie or beef tacos. The beef were simple and clean with cumin dusted along the tortilla, which I haven't seen before. I also split their meatball pizza with my girlfriend and it was above average. They have a wood fired oven that gives a nice char to the bottom, but doesn't make the crust super crispy if that's the style you prefer.The biggest issue was they were blasting music just outside the place and it made impossible to hold a conversation without yelling.

Bartender/manager Paul gave me food I’m allergic to after claiming it was fine. Which is whatever bc I’m responsible for what I consume but it’s after the fact—no apology and mocked my celiac. Would give me water and say no gluten, make little jokes and remarks. Not someone I’d ever trust to handle my food or liquor. Lack of customer service and sincerity is probably why they put an automatic 20% on all tabs. They know they can’t earn it off personality.

Would not recommend this place. Were sat down right away, however we waited for 20 minutes for someone to come over. Kept trying to make eye contact with the waiters. They all just walked by like we werent even there. Not welcoming place at all. We ended up leaving after so much waiting.

This is an odd review. So we ordered sriracha BBQ wings. The staff sent over the order and told us they were out of BBQ. We tried the wings and they just covered them in tomato sauce... If you are out of something just tell the customer rather than try and fool them. And Reds hot sauce is a 1 min walk away if you need sriracha. Everything else was fantastic. The pizzas were cooked great with a good amount of toppings. Thankfully the staff gave us another order of wings due to the failure. The manager was shocked but there was obviously miscommunication and lack of care with the cooking staff. Thankfully management took care of it.Overall, I like this location, good food, and good beer but just let people know you are out of something rather than trying to fake hot sauce with tomato sauce. That is just bad business.I will probably go back again though we have a tainted experience.

Stopped by on a Tuesday night thinking they were open. Walked in and met Sean. He welcomed us in even being closed and gave us some of their best house selections. Told us to sit back and enjoy. It was the best experience! We didn’t have any food but will definitely be back because we have heard nothing but great things! Will definitely return and bring all our friends! If you like beer you must visit!
Ordered a whole pizza that never came, the burger was hammered well done and dry; the server was disinterested in our experience. The whole place seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. We had to go somewhere else to get food about 2 hours after we arrived.
