The way the drive thru is set up is a nightmare. It gets in the way of getting to Shaw's. They should make the lane farther down and get rid of some of the parking spots to make a lane just for traffic.

Attempted to get 2 medium hot coffees at the counter. After waiting 10 minutes, I got my money refunded. They should be pouring the coffees when you order. Avoid this one.

One of my all-time favorite Starbucks. Staff is exceptionally polite and kind. Drinks come out fast. Most items are usually in stock. The atmosphere is open and airy, but there’s plenty of tables and chairs. The high ceilings are a great touch. This is one of my favorite places to relax with a coffee.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options. I’m not sure about vegan though.Parking: More than enough spaces. I’ve never had to park far away.Kid-friendliness: A lot of the tables are spacious, and there’s a booth along the side. Both restrooms are family-style.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessible tables! Most tables at this location should be able to accommodate wheelchairs. The walkways are also wide there’s an area out front where you can stop a car to get right in and then put it in a space after.

This Starbucks location hired such obnoxious group of teenagers. They’re so so loud with complaining about customers who ordered coffee which they might not feel familiar to make from drive-thru. I felt so uncomfortable to sit there to just work for an hour. I guess Starbucks no longer cares about customer service at so many different levels. The drink was great but I would not go back to sit at the store anymore.

I’ve never been here. But, I hate this place because of all the stupid people going to the drive thru and the traffic mess they cause in the parking lot. Why do I need to deal with idiots in Mercedes SUV’s speeding through stop signs high on Frappuccinos, when I just need to go to the grocery store?

This Starbucks was disgusting when I came in today. The counters were wet and sticky, there were empty whip containers just thrown on the counters, there was trash all over the lobby floors, and the bathrooms were gross.
