Employee was rude and lazy the establishment was set to close at 6pm I came in at 5:40 !! And she proceeded to tell me that she’s not making any sandwiches. I asked her for manager’s information and she wouldn’t give it to me .. I’ll definitely be coming back after the holidays to make a complaint!!!

Friday night ~9 PM I needed to find a subway opened late to buy a sandwich to take on a trip at 6 AM. I noticed this one opened until 10 PM so I drove there. I asked the woman if they take coupons... she said they don't. In desperate need of a sandwich, I decide to just buy something regardless. When I looked at the board I saw the prices were so high. Literally $2-3 more for anything compared to other subways I went to in the last 7 days. I was floored. I brought it up to her and she said the boss can choose whatever price he wants (I later find out he owns 4 subways in RI including the one in Eagle Sq on park avenue and in downtown Kennedy Plaza). Anyway, I wanted to buy the cheapest sandwich to save myself some $ (and I told her this) and thus I ordered a cold cut sandwich, as basic as possible. She packed it up, let me know I had a $2 reward so I gladly used it to make the price "better." Then I rushed out to go home and pack for my trip. The next morning (Saturday) I opened my bag and noticed the receipt said Tuna! She charged me for a tuna sandwich! That costs more than a cold cut. I can't believe it. Obviously I can't go there to complain because of my trip. I did like how they were open late but tbh I was better off just going to a grocery store and buying what I needed to make a real sandwich. The money would've been better spent. I won't be going to any of their franchises anymore.For those who decide to go buy sandwiches there, please always take your receipt and always look at it before walking out of their franchises.

I went in and Steven was working by himself at 6 pm. He was new. Somebody left him alone there. This kid was so helpful , polite, and nice. He worked hard to make sure everyone was quickly and correctly served. I felt so bad for him. He was so nice. You need to keep this guy because he was wonderful at customer service. Give him a raise !!!

My dad would only let me take him to THIS subway, as he said the others in Cranston do not make sandwiches as good as these folks. They were very nice and helpful too. So as fast food goes, good experience, friendly staff!

This one location is in a position where they have opportunity to kill the sandwich business. They took the right steps in remodeling the restaurant but fresh paint alone doesn't cut it. The staff was friendly but if your slogan is to eat fresh you should make it refresher then what you do. If you are looking for a quick temporary fill this is your place

This location has always been lackluster, but this visit was the worst. I literally stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No other customers inside, just myself and my daughter. The person behind the counter was making sandwiches for I'm guessing a take-out. Never once looked up and said I'll be right with you. The other guy was Litteraly washing the glass on the counter. He also said nothing and continued to clean. No one acknowledged us at all. WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I used to like subway. I just got possibly the worst sandwich of my life at a ridiculous price. No wonder why they are dropping like flys. I wish I could rate them lower than one.
