Found it closed today, but coming here last time for the first time was not too bad. It surprised me, but then I read the reviews so it might have something to do with things. I wanted mom to try this place out with me, no luck ??♂️

Love the subway on Cranston St. By Mcy Dz its the BEST SUBWAY we drive from North Providence to go to Cranston Street in Cranston just to go to this Subway we pass about six Subways on the way the owner she's amazing it's only hires amazing staff we love it here

The absolute best Subway service ever! The staff super nice, interactive lol and very friendly. Yes all while maintaining work standards! There was a technical issue so I had to wait to complete my purchases. The "Subway MVP" was very courteous and apologetic. In the end I received a deliciously surprising Sunday blessing ?

This Subway have very good subs, the staff is friendly, the place is very clean, they have handicap parking you can eat inside if you want. I love Subway.

I ordered 4 subs and when I got them delivered I Check my order and there’s no cheese on my subs so I called and very nicely let them know that there’s no cheese on it my subs the manager flat out said you’re lying that’s a lie at this point it’s not even about if there’s cheese on my sub or not it’s a fact that she did not even hesitate before she’s called a customer a liar she then asked the person make the sandwiches if they put cheese on them of course they’re gonna say yes she said she saw them put on there I told her I’ll take a picture of my sandwiches to prove it she didn’t want me to do that instead I ask for the manager which was the person I was talking to she was no help she was extremely rude to me and I told her I was going to contact someone higher she hung up that’s not a way to do business I will never be going there again and we went there often lost a costumer cuz of a very rude and clearly someone not trained on customer service subway you can do better and she is not it and she refused to give me her name but never have o been called a lier I have no reason to lie about my food and she didn’t even try to fix the issue or let me prove to her instead said I’m a lier and hung up. I did contact their corporate office maybe better training is needed.
