We attempted to dine in, but from the begining the staff was not wanting to help us. They tried to deter us by saying it would be a 30min wait, then called us 5min later to say the table was ready. After 20min of waiting we asked if anyone was going to take our order and the server said he would go check to see who we were assigned to, another 5min passed before the owner was cleaning the table next to us and we asked again if we would be served and she said she would get drinks and go check on who would be serving us. We took the opportunity to tell the owner what happened and explained we no longer wished to give her our business after this horrible experience and her response was sorry hope you come back some other time.. We are all about helping out local businesses, but this place SUCKS!!!We ended up at the English Muffin down the street and the food and service was excellent there!!

My husband and I just discovered this spot after living in Cranston for three years. It is awesome. The staff are fantastic, food is delicious and atmosphere is cozy. Leslie is one of the best in RI! We immediately connected and she remembered me on the 2nd visit. Talk about great service! It will be our breakfast spot from now on. Those who claim to have been so many times but only wait to write a bad review, shame on you.

Service was awful. This morning my husband and I went for breakfast when we were greeted by our waitress and ordered drinks, we were also ready to order food. She then told us that because the table that came in before us wasn’t ready to order food that we had to wait for them to order before she could put our order in. There was then a mix up with the drink, they brought us the wrong mimosa flight and tried to say “well we already made this one, we can put the other one in but you’d have to pay for both” once that was settled (10 minutes) we then tried to excuse ourselves to ask our waitress to order our meal. She was very rude saying “you can wait!” While rushing by our table. Ive been a waitress and bartender over 10 years in demanding high end restaurants. It is never okay to speak to people like that. I’ve been there before with my husband prior to this and the food was okay. Nothing to write home about.

The place was busy, but that's a good sign of great food. We both ordered the corned beef hash with the American potatoes, toast & 2 eggs. The hash was amazing!! Lots of corned beef in there. The potatoes were cooked with garlic, butter & parsley. They were the best breakfast potatoes I've ever had!!

We stopped on way back to CT from airportEverything was delicious-the home made hash was superb! The restaurant was clean, bathrooms clean and our server was pleasant and attentive We will definitely be back! Great

This has been a go to place for us for the past 3-4 yrs. Sadly, the last 2 times we've gone, we've found the service to be seriously lacking. The last time we sat at the bar and it was 20 minutes before we were greeted by our server, after others who came in after us. The hostess asked our server if she had greeted us and the server said yes. The hostess looked at us and we shook our head as she had not been over- even to say she'd be a minute. The hostess went back to the little room to the left of the counter (if you're facing the counter) and spoke to her quietly. The server snapped back, loud enough for us to hear at the other end of the counter. It was clear she wasnt enjoying her job that day. We felt badly for the hostess.They were about to go on vacation and were out of several things, which is understandable but semi frustrating.The owner came over to say they were out of a dish but didn't apologize- which is out of character for what we have seen from her. Our server also didn't apologize for the delay. I rarely do this but I left a meager tip- we are generally very good tippers.We will be giving this place a break and hope it returns to its normal service levels later.It's too bad because we have enjoyed it. It's clean, the food is creative, and the owner is generally super friendly.
