2/26/24–After running errands for a few hours, my feet were weary, and my mind yearned for the comfort of a decaf oat latte. Yet, fate had other plans as the nearby Starbucks, my beacon of caffeinated solace, stood closed for renovation. With a sigh, I resigned myself to fate's whims and found myself gripped by an unexpected desire for a fruit smoothie.Despite the winter chill lingering in the air, the craving persisted, refusing to be ignored. Embracing the peculiar urge, I set off in search of a remedy for my fruity hankering. It was then that I stumbled upon a quaint tropical cafe tucked away on a quiet street corner.Stepping inside, a sense of tranquility washed over me as I surveyed the serene surroundings. The cafe was devoid of the usual bustling crowd, allowing me ample time to peruse the menu at leisure. My eyes danced over the offerings until they settled upon the "Sunrise Sunset" smoothie, a tantalizing blend of strawberries, pineapple, mango, and other tropical delights. The young girl who crafted my smoothie possessed a smile that could light up the darkest of rooms, and her makeup was a work of art in itself. As she deftly blended the fruits behind the counter, her hands moved with the grace of a seasoned artist, each motion a testament to her skill and passion .In that moment, I couldn't help but think that she was destined for greatness, her talent too immense to be confined to the walls of a humble cafe. With her radiant smile and impeccable makeup, she exuded the same confidence and artistry as the legendary Mario Dedivanovic, a maestro of the makeup world. As I waited for my smoothie, I couldn't shake the feeling that I had just witnessed something special. The woman behind the counter was more than just a smoothie maker; she was a true artist in every sense of the word, and her talent was destined to leave a lasting impression on the world. As I waited for the my smoothie I couldn't help but notice a particular table strategically positioned across from a captivating photograph adorning the wall. The image depicted a picturesque boardwalk stretching out towards a turquoise sea, evoking visions of faraway shores and sun-kissed sandsA curious sensation washed over me as I gazed at the tableau before me. For a fleeting moment, it felt as though the table and the photograph were inextricably linked, forming a portal to a distant paradise. It was as if someone had conspired to create this surreal moment, anticipating my arrival and granting me a fleeting glimpse of tropical bliss. With a smile playing on my lips, I sipped my smoothie, relishing each sip as if it were infused with the essence of the Maldives itself. Whoever had arranged the tables in this quaint cafe surely possessed a keen understanding of serendipity, for they had crafted an experience that transcended the ordinary and transported me to a realm of pure delight.

Won’t come back to this location. Smoothie tasted plain, I get the same smoothie every time so I know what my drink should taste like

Don’t have any complaints about the food but I just picked up an order and the employees and service was AWFUL. It was a holiday and they were busy but they only had 2 girls working who were obviously overwhelmed and not happy about being there. I waited 15min before anyone even acknowledged I was there. The girls were throwing stuff around in frustration, orders pumping out of the ticket machine, people waiting for orders, online orders coming in. The place was obviously understaffed so I can’t blame the employees for being miserable but still a simple “hello we’ll be with you as soon as we can” goes a long way, management is obviously the real problem.

If I could give them a negative 1 I would. I stooped in on my lunch break I was not greeted upon walking. I then waiting in line for 15 mins(it was busy so I get it) but the girl working was so rude she kept rolling her eyes and when she made my smoothie it came out completely icy when I asked if I could have it re made with less ice she huff and puffed and said “I guess” I said forget it and left because I didn’t have time to deal with her attitude. I’ll never go to this one again

I walked in at 8:06 pm to grab a smoothie, but an employee insisted they were closed, even though he mentioned their closing time as 9:00 pm. It doesn't add up.

I walked in as I was first in line.. I was waiting to be helped 5 employees walking around. Then finallyAs they are ready, they call the people who came in after me to help them .I had to say no I was next. Then the women at the register finally says can i help?" The phone then rings. She proceededs to take the order before mine. . So now she touched the phone, touched the register , and then proceeded to make shakes.. there should be different people doing different things, not handling everything & being efficient to customers. Then the people after me received their order before me . I had to ask where my order was without receiving acknowledgment. The two girls start laughing like I was a joke. Worst customer service, train your employees kindness Thank you.

This place is really bad went there for a $150 dollar order for my workers and girl there said I can’t fill your order short staffed

The new menu is misleading. 'Naturally sweetened', in parentheses, means a smoothie is already naturally sweet from the berries and fruit. So why add sugar to it, and make a nice smoothie unhealthy and disgusting? Some people may like it that way, so TSC should list sugar as an ingredient so those people can see it's the sugar bomb they want, and the rest of us can order it without. But sneaking in unwanted ingredients doesn't make sense for anyone!

Evening staff had a terrible attitude and could care less about assisting. Rainbow water in Providence treats the customers with respect and offers. Amazing smoothies.

Forgot to put a $9.49 sandwich in the bag for my order. I didn’t realize it until I got home to North Kingstown. They wanted me to come back for it (an hour round trip). Hopefully the credited me.

Nice looking store, inviting, cool music. The guys looked busy, but good service. I tried the Paradise Point Smoothie (Strawberry, Banana and Pineapple). It was okay.
