I brought my little sister here so she could get some food. We went through the drive through and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We were missing a 4 piece nugget and I kindly and calmly let them know. The cashier kept insisting they were all in the bag and we triple checked the bag and even took everything out to check. We even handed them the bag so they could check for themselves. While they were checked they were making rude and snide comments. When they finally handed our bag back, she made it sound like we stole the nuggets and like we were faking it. REALLY?! Four piece nuggets? You really think I’d try to steal 4 piece nuggets? I know we out here in the struggle, but I’m not that freaking broke. All this freaking drama over four piece nuggets. I hope every single one of them gets fired.Also they didn’t even give us a receipt which to me is always a red flag. They don’t give you it so that you can’t use the link or number to make a complaint. I hope a higher up sees this review.

Went here for breakfast and all I had was 100 bill. While the food is perfect, the woman working the window was upset over the 100 bill and when she gave me my change she said "here" with an attitude. I apologized for the large bill and she scoffed at my response. Quality service? I think not. I also didnt recieve my receipt, probably because of her terrible attitude. If you cant handle customers properly, you're clearly in the wrong work environment.

Im soo mad at how much business i give this place and tonight all the employees of shift were arguing with me at the window because apparently i ordered my ONE SANDWICH incorrectly, apparently i ordered two. But i did not. Once i saw id been charged for 2 and got 2 sandwiches i went back and had the weirdest interaction with these people. All i said was the i needed a refund on the one sandwich that i hadn't ordered. Just to be told that that's what i ordered and i can't get a refund.. So then the whole store crowds at the window to argue with me INCLUDING JACKIE THE MANAGER who was doing more arguing then anyone about me asking for a refund. I really did politely tell them that mistakes happen and i work in customer service as well! They looked at me like they wanted to bite me LMAO. They rlly got sum dogs working this wendy's like straight animals. ALL for at the end i got my refund... Like what? Then proceeded to take the already taken outside of store food back inside... Crazy.
