Had a mobile app order placed here, needed to change location, so I cancelled the order. I was charged for the order twice: at this location and the other one. It’s been a week and I still have no confirmation of a refund. Contacted Wendy’s support, put in touch with GM of this store. GM emailed me, but never got back to me after requesting & receiving the clear copy of the transaction showing the 2 charges.
