Worst dominos in the world. The manager is a horrible excuse for a person. His arrogant, ignorant demeanor is disgraceful and should be dealt with by Dominos corporation.Tots were burnt to a crisp and we are told by this manager that he would not replace it. We had to bring the food in for him to see it in the rain!Absolutely no apology what so ever. Worst customer services skills I have ever seen.

Made an order and it’s 1 hour 30 minutes later and still not delivered. I call and they don’t answer the phone! Horrible! Try to say their tracker doesn’t work and they are under staffed! PLEASE!

Flat thin pizza when I ordered regular? Pizza dry barely any sauce... gross pizza now . Last 3 times horrible. Lost my business at this location. Used to order here 1 to 2 times a week 30+ orders.... now you aren't getting nothing from me. Horrible... The first three times I went there it was absolutely delicious the last time I went there it was horribly huge chunks of garlic it was just awful the taste it was skinny skinny absolutely gross. I'll order mushrooms and I there were total of for mushrooms on the whole

They have a 2minute wait policy on carside delivery or you get a free pizza. As soon as my timer started it was already stopped from inside and they still took another 5 minutes before coming out with my food and store owner REFUSES to abide by company policy even after purposefully stopping the timer so they wouldn't have to pay out

Ordered $50 worth of pizza and it was delivered with a hair on it. Called them told them I wanted a refund and he told me me he wanted to see the pizza, so they came to pick it up they brought it back and they called me and said the hair was not from them I planted it there to get a free meal, and they would refund me $6.80 for that pizza. Is that how you treat your customers? There’s probably a reason they have a 3.5 review on google!

I hate writing bad reviews. This place has been going down since the old manager left. I dont think anyone checks the food anymore. Most of the time they give me a large pizza in an xl box or instead of the large, they give me a small in a large box and the pizza is either burnt or crushed. Its every single time. The delivery drivers are nice though. They used to be the best.

If I can give zero stars I would, tried getting one single pack of dressing for my salad, they charged me for it and I had money on my card and it wasn’t taking and then it froze and she wanted to hit the screen really hard with attitude. Smh
These dominos are the friendliest and most loving people! Thankyou! They get me in and out to get home to my family quickly

Ordered today off the app from the Cumberland R.I. store located at 250 Mendon Rd @ about 1:10pm from my husbands phone (401-205-4360). Pan pizza with cheese and extra pepperoni. It came to use in a timely manner about !:30pm. (Please keep in mind that the delivery was to 132 Mendon Rd. Cumberland R.I. ...about 1/8 mile away from Domino's.) At 1:35 I opened to box to find the crust was just barely cooked...it was mostly raw dough. 1:37pm I made my first call...no answer..#2 call 1:39...no answer...waited till 1:48 for call #3 and spoke with a girl who said they would remake the pizza and send it out. Please understand, this was lunch for the workers in our store, we do not have a way to finish cooking the pizza or that is probably what we would have done...but we couldn't. I got busy at work and forgot about the pizza. At 2:50pm I called to store...what to a answering machine that could not take any more calls due to being full. I then proceeded to call an additional 8 times between 2:49-2:54 with each time the call going to an answering machine or voice mail...I don't know exactly. Now it's been 1 hour 50 minutes since ordering. My son's decided to walk over to Dominos to find the store with all the lights off including the OPEN sign...they weren't answering the phone and when my son asked what was going on...the guy working said he all alone (which is a crock, because I spoke with a girl @ 1:48 and she's the one that was going to remake my pizza.) My son told him that I had spoke with a girl and then a couple more workers came out from the back...wonder what they were up to that they needed to have all the lights off. Ok...now it's been over 2 hours and my remake pizza HAD NOT BEEN MADE YET! My sons stood there and waited another half hour while the pizza cooked...walked back to our store and opened the box to find the second pizza was cooked to the same degree as the first. It's a good thing we weren't really hungry...pizza is going home to be recooked. I have a short video we took of the raw dough that is attached. I truly hope someone from corporate reads this...the workers scheduled for today...4/23/2023 need to be fired for neglectful actions to the company...how much revenue did that store lose for the day when customers think the place is closed.

In honor of 3/14 pi day ordered weekday pizza, ordered the family deal 19.99 two pizzas Parmesan bites cinnamon twists and soda
Never noticed there was no smell of cinnamon, had dinner hour and half later have some dessert….NOPE!!! No cinnamon or sugar just dough but they were nice enough to include the icing cup ?♂️
Back to mom and pop shops chains values aren’t worth it, I get sloppy or undercooked and let it slide maybe they’re busy? I’ll just pass from now on
