I ordered pizza for dinner when I stayed at my sister's place. I ordered two pan pizzas, one with marinara sauce, onions and spinach. And another with the Parmesan sauce topped with onions and tomato. The Parmesan sauce pizza looked like it was more sauce than dough, we didn't even touch it. We had a few slices of the marinara sauce pizza and we both ended up with FOOD POISONING. I was so bad I was in urgent care the morning after a night of pain & trips to the bathroom. 2days later, I'm still experiencing discomfort.I contacted the store for a refund upon leaving urgent care. After being hung up on, I was given the runaround by an employee that (at 1pm) there is no manager on sight till Wednesday and I'd have to wait till then to call. I asked if there was a corporate number to reach so I could speak to someone while I'm available. I was told no and there was no need to call corporate.I called in today and spoke with her manager. She was monotoned and put in my refund without acknowledging anything that I had said to her. Considering you're running a restaurant, you'd think there would be some concern about food leaving your facility making people sick!!If I could leave no stars, I would.

I ordered pizza in parmesan bread bites. They gave me Eisen instead of marinara sauce. I've been calling the store for about an hour. They keep answering and hanging up and then they stop answering the phone. Where's the service in the world? I wouldn't recommend anybody buying anything from these people. They are so rude. And I am handicap that is so ignorant of them. Not to respond all I want to do is talk to a person and resolve the problem. Who wants to put sugar on parmesan bread bites And I am a diabetic.

Ordered delivery and had minor issue with order and Called restaurant to just let them know. Person on the phone was so polite and listened to me completely before responding.At the end he offered me to redeliver correct order. I offered to pay again just because of the nature of the person.True customer service ?

We have ordered many times from this location and had very few issues. Today was the worst,the order was wrong. When called about the error we was told a new one will be sent. Never happened. When i called back to complain no one answers or put on hold. Hey i get it,staff issues and such. But own up to errors and take care of the customer.

My order took over an hour and a half to be completed along with all other customers orders. I witnessed the manager be extremely rude to an upset customer and offer no remedies when her order was accidentally given to another customer after she had waited an hour and a half. He told her he would not refund her and she would have to wait another hour for her food. Extremely unacceptable and disappointed in how things are running now as this location used to be great.

This is the best dominos location. There’s two near me Pawtucket and Attleboro and they both have rude employees and are always late with delivery. I will always order from this location. Then always make it correctly and are always on time.
