MAJOR room for improvement. I couldn't believe what I just experienced as I was in the drive-thru line. We had a relatively small order, only having 3 donuts, 1 bagel, and a beverage. This order should not have taken as long as it did. I ordered and went up to the pickup window and that is where the mayhem began. I've seen this Dunkin go through a lot of staff changes over the year. Some great, some not so great. Typically, service is pretty good, and in years gone by, I would say very friendly. They keep pretty good hours, and the line usually moves pretty fast. Sometimes, there's a little congestion at the entry, and other drivers can get quite aggressive attempting to cut the line.
