15 minutes in the drive through for a bagel with cream cheese when there is only 2 cars is a bit ridiculous. Especially, after not toasting the bagel and putting now cream cheese on it and not including any in the bag. Mind you I could see the bag at the window while they just sat there and talked for 5 minutes and then decided oh I guess it’s time to “do my job”.

Just started going to this DD from a different one. Cloey is spot on making my coffee exactly the way I order! This is my new go to DD! Just to update the morning on the go is always unavailable. Today the doors were locked. Drive thru only. Morning crew is ridiculous. Go after noontime.Parking: Easy in and out parking.

What a letdown of a joint. The staff have zero concept of customer service or putting in any kind of a hustle to get food to their customers. Drive thru? More like park and stay by single file. Charging Starbucks prices with the mentality of Cletus and his sisters-wives.

Lines for drive thru are always outrageously long and take ages to get through. Wait way too long for mediocre coffee. They’re always sold out of stuff too and are never in rush to restock. Would much rather go to the one on Diamond Hill, they still mess up sometimes but have much quicker and more reliable service and have stuff in stock.
