“It's an all year round ice cream shop and more. How can you go wrong. They've enclosed the patio area since I was last there (many years ago), and it protects from those cold winter days. A great improvement in architecture and the ice cream is still delicious. “I ordered Slice and Scoop catering for my sons birthday. We had ordered their food before and loved it so much that we wanted to try their catering. It was a roaring success! The service was wonderful, very friendly and helpful, they worked with me on the menu and pricing. We ordered 6 pizzas, loads of chips, fries and chicken tenders. The food was fresh, hot, and so delicious. On top of that, they delivered the food to my house and right on time. Everyone kept asking where we got the food from because it was so good. “The store is clean and well lit (bright). The cookies are large but a little expensive for what you get. They rotate the flavors on a regular basis, so if you find one you really enjoy you may not be able to get it anytime soon (or again?). There is no dining on site, it is carry-out only.Parking: As with this whole section of Patriot Place: you have to park in the general lot and make your way to the restaurant. If you park parallel to rt 1 you're on ground level. If you park in front of the movie theater you have to either take the escalator by the theater or the stairs or elevator in front of the Hall of Fame/museum.“
“Cool Licks Creamery was a stop for the 6th Annual Search for the Best Scoop Shop RI with RI Food Fights. There is limited parking on the side of the ice cream shop and there are 2 picnic tables in front of the ice cream stand.There are many flavors available. We were able to add rainbow or chocolate sprinkles to the ice cream. It was very good.“
“Stopped in for the first time and thought it was a super cute laidback atmosphere! We decided to get a root beer float and a strawberry shake! Both were delicious! Our server Nasirah was fantastic, fun and informative! Overall I would highly recommend stopping by for a shake, float or to peruse the isles!“
“There were so many flavors to choose from at Lincoln Creamery. This is clearly a local favorite because when I arrived on a Monday evening there was a long line and many people enjoying the picnic table seating. I ended up getting a scoop of the Girl Scouts Thin Mint ice cream as part of the RI Food Fights Ice Cream month. I thought it was a generous single scoop and it was delicious. I was torn between a few other flavors, including one I had never seen before, PB&J caramel cookie dough. I may need to go back to try it. The seating area was really nice with picnic tables and string lights, and the people working at the counter were very friendly. There's also a large parking lot, which is very convenient.“
“Awesome ice cream place! My son has a dairy allergy and their vegan chocolate sorbet is a HUGE hit. He even wanted to try a waffle cone and the staff was beyond helpful making sure everything was safe for him to have. “we had a small party last night and decided to do something a lil different and have an ice cream bar/social1st call we made was to CC since they are local and we had been there a couple times and loved the ice cream as well as their prices. They couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. We chose several flavors and they supplied everything. Served my guests for 2hrs and everyone absolutely raved about it!Absolutely a home run!! “We came here on a weekend afternoon and called in a reservation for 10 people. The place was pretty empty aside from a few to-go orders. The food took awhile to get to us but we weren't in a rush. Plus, it meant that everything was being made very fresh, which our food very much was. Among the 10 of us, we ordered a lot of food, including the papaya salad, dumplings, scallion pancakes, yellow curry, and pineapple fried rice. The scallion pancakes weee perfectly crispy and flaky, and were really quite good. The papaya salad also had all the fine flavors. Everyone also enjoyed the dumplings. I think the pineapple fried rice could have been more fragrant and I was disappointed that the yellow curry wasn't as sweet, or as fragrant as I'm used to, but it was still really good stuff. But I'm glad the curry came with rice and that we didn't have to place extra orders there. Overall I'm really glad we settled on this Thai place - it was really quite good and the prices were very reasonable. They also made it very easy for us to pay by keeping separate tabs for each family. And it was nice they have a private parking lot as well so you don't have to park your car in the street. I definitely recommend this place.The place is well decorated, clean, and has a good amount of tables for various customers.“
