I have been coming to Phantom Farms since my kids were little and now they are 25 and 20 so it's been a long time. The dynamic is just not the same anymore There's an older lady with white hair wears a bun very serious smiles has no customers skills whatsoever .... Maybe they should add more friendly people in there Also, it was a cozy place to go in the winter but now it's a breakfast machine I will still go there because I like some foods that have been there for a while like the pumpkin roll the apple coffee cake, and such

My sister loves to go for lunch here whenever I am in town. Great sandwiches and pies.

Everything here is so delicious and love the sitting areas and the little gift shop. Very nice.

What a great place! The market and shop are adorable, and the pastry is fantastic! The long line- which moved very quickly, with very friendly staff- just shows how popular they are. Mary, the manager is great. Looking forward to going back!

Stopped in to check this place out and got a Coffee and Bagel . Quaint is the key word when speaking about Phantom Farms, if you are in the beautiful Northern Cumberland area, this is certainly worth your time!

Customer service and quality is awful.

Great local bakery with breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Plenty of indoor seating and nice seasonal outdoor seating as well.

Great bakery for a morning stop off or for some midday pastry. Fantastic gluten free items (if you can get them before they sell out, best to call ahead)

I bought bread and pastry. Everything was fresh and tasty

Went in for an ice tea and baked good. Asked for a small glass of water. Ice tea was mostly ice. Scone was ok , not like they used to be. Ice water- - they now charge 50 cents for a small water. Really! Great way to lose customers. Better go to Briggs where they gave a water dispenser out with small glasses and prices are better

Pastry was delicious,However they gave me something other than I ordered and I didn't want to correct them after already making the wrong drink .Cute place.....wish they had more of a "gift" shop with local artisans.

Used to love this pkace. But quality has diminished. After placing a $10 order including coffee. Nerve to try and charge me 50 cents for water

This place used to be spot on with their coffee and baked goods. The decor inside was like stopping in a place somewhere in New Hampshire. Some years ago they added a variety of sandwiches and since then they have lost their way with the variety of baked goods, and the quality of those baked goods. Coffee has seemed to change as well. This place is still popular with loyal customers and its one of those place that we still want to love "BUT" sadly as far as foodies thisplace suffers " all good things come to an end".

Need a fresh sandwich, quick? Great little place to stop for a bite, coffee or baked goods. The oatmeal raisin cookie was dream-machine.

Pastries are great- no complaints about the pastries that I have tried. Over the past year, I have been attending Phantom Farms, and unfortunately feel my most recent experiences have been increasingly more disappointing. They would up charge your drink for asking for a lid, if they could. Be prepared to pay an extra $.30 for whipped cream the batista forgets to include. Long wait times and no apologies for mistakes or thank you's for your patience. The displays are cute & well done, but decor gets dusty before turnover and prices are too high on pretty much everything.Best bear claws around though. Will be back for more pastries.
