For the first time the service was horrible. I ordered through grub hub. My order was placed different in the restaurant. Upon delivery I called , Supreme acknowledged the mistake on their end and refused to deliver the correct order. Stating there was no way for them to get my correct order out. They offered me a credit. Hopefully I’ll get it.That was my last order.*food was not great either.

Had a veal parm and it was ok- it was a little weird though. I'm accustomed to traditional rhode island veal parm, that's like a veal cutlet- but this was more like a large breaded veal meatball, had a couple bony chips in it. Taste was ok, next time I'll try something else on the menu.

For the first time I can honestly say I'm not happy with this place. Ordered fries and a turkey cobbler no mayo. Get home open sub and it's missing the stuffing and the cranberry sauce. K fine call up said be there in 25 to 30 mins. Wait out 25mins after phone call to intercept driver and 50mins later I get a call from them saying driver can find the place after I told them I was across from the post office and ill be out front.
I use to love this place. Recently my husband picked up a large pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni. They said 20 minutes it would be ready but it actually took 40 minutes. That's ok- it happens but when he got the pizza home it definitely wasn't extra pepperoni. It happens! Maybe new employees. But I got my bank statement in and I was charged twice. I called and explain I was charged twice. They told me to call back in 15 min. I did and the manager wasn't there so someone took my name and number down and I was told I would get a call back. It's been almost a week and no call. I guess they're not interested in my business. Too bad because we ordered there a lot.
Oh first time we came here we was driving by and we found a place the boneless buffalo chicken perfect very juicy the french fries super good and crispy and the chicken cutlet. Awesome. I would recommend this place to everybody good customer service very clean, very friendly.Nick was super excellent service 10+
