I've been to many of these shops and this is by far the best I've ever been to. Quality of the shakes and teas are by far the best I've had anywhere.

Not a real smoothie shop. They only sell pyramid scheme herbal life products. No real ingredients just powders and a side of attempted indoctrination. There are many of these fake shops around and the interior really shows you this is just powders and water. You enter the shop and it 'looks' like a real smoothie shop, but everything is artificial. You don't order one drink but they give you two - a tea and a smoothie. Both are artificial. I didn't understand what was going on, but after looking it up online this is an herbal life storefront disguised as a business. The owner says this isn't a 'smoothie shop', which is true (despite their yelp classification) they sell herbal life shakes and teas. I wish they would disclose this up front as someone who may be expecting real ingredients like fruit and yogurt will get duped into drinking artificially flavored teas and shakes with whatever 'supplements' herbal life adds in.

My husband and I love the New Spot! We visit at least once a week. The shakes, teas, coffees and baked goods are all delicious and healthy. The owner Tay is so sweet and we are always greeted with a smile by all the staff. :)

Great shakes! I was trying to cut back so I took a break from purchasing anything but then they had the Harry Potter specials recently and introduced the Butterbeer shake. I’ve tried most of their shakes and this one was their best one yet! Ended up spending more money than I intended too for this shake alone. Please add it to the menu officially!

This place is great. I finally got the chance to stop in here and I was not disappointed! The dude behind the counter was super nice and helpful. I got a chocolate banana shake and it was delicious. It’s a little bit pricey but definitely a nice treat once in a while

Been coming here for awhile and every time I’m always met with a friendly face. The New Spot always has the best vibes and is sparkling clean. Best teas and shakes I’ve ever had and the specials are always super cute! The have the best Instagram (@thenewspotnutrition) photos and their menu designs are absolutely eye catching. If you’re looking for a fantastic place to hang with healthy and delicious drinks as well as friendly staff, this is the place for you!

When the owner is there the shakes and teas are amazing however there was a different older lady who made my drink and it tasted horrible.
The New Spot is the perfect place for a pre workout or post workout tea or shake! Not only are the drinks delicious but the service and vibe is always great. The New Spot has the best nutrition shakes in Rhode Island! Would definitely recommend!!
