I never ever write anything bad or leave reviews ever but The service sucked last week I went in and there was an extremely rude employee being rude to another employee in front of a whole line. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing it was a female degrading a younger male who was working and was putting him down and making a scene in front of customers. It made me so sick to watch someone be cruel to someone else . I don't know if the female was a manger or not but regardless it was not okay to speak to him like that in general and in front of costumers. The other customers in line noticed what was going on and all looked shocked on how she was speaking to him .

I had a taco bar order for 10 people. It was delivered on time...we opened our boxes of food and apparently they feel as though there is a one taco per person restriction. I received 5 soft shell tacos and 5 crunchy, 2 of which were broken. Food was tepid at best. Also, we had to make rice to supplement the order, and that's with me ordering (& paying for) double rice. So, I figured I'd call the store--they will only talk to you if you're placing a new order, otherwise you can wait to work through an automated system when you receive an email...I received that 18 hours later!!! So disappointing. I won't venture away from Qdoba anymore!!!! Order catering only if you want to still have your cook and be hungry!

I always wander into Chipotle like a lost puppy, I have no idea what to order and just want them to put something together for me...in that sense, it's like the subway of burritos. I usually just ask the person behind the counter to just throw something together since I like everything, and usually it comes out good. Only downside, is this location doesn't serve beer.

Everytime you come they mess something up. They either all out of chips at 6. Employees have their long hair down in your food or they can’t accommodate any reward you have. Scared to order online here, because every time you do your food isn’t ready or it’s botched

Everytime you order for pickup here something is wrong. A missing ingredient or missing core ingredients like the chicken or steak, or wrong items in your labeled order bag. Received someone else’s order in my labeled ordered bag nowhere close to similar first or last names and didn’t realize until getting home. Always a garbage experience here, $35 of food in the trash

Just walked in and seen the woman behind the counter pull her cell phone out of her back pocket (the same cell phone she probably uses while on the toilet)while wearing the gloves she serves food with and made a customer's order, no thanks, walked right out.

First time ordering online and it was a huge disappointment. I had a “ salad” with no lettuce really as well as no rice and the guacamole I paid extra for was also missing. Will not order online again.
