I've ordered from Jersey Mike's before, and I've always been satisfied. I ordered a tuna sub and a club supreme curbside. I arrive five minutes early so I reported that I was there and waited five minutes and then waited another five minutes. It was now 220 My order was for 215. I called and asked them about my order. The associate said he would be out with my order. Another five minutes ago and buy it. I still did not have my order. At 2:30 I tried to call again, but the associate came out with my order. Everything was wrapped up fine, but the sandwiches were message to say the least and soggy. I will go back again. I just was dissatisfied this visit.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub on Italian bread. Instead I got a steak and cheese with bacon on cheese bread. When I went back in they said they could not refund me, were very rude and unprofessional. I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to come to this location. Absolutely disgusting that I spent $16 and didn’t get a penny back for their mess up. I will be calling for a manager tomorrow.

the general manager Areeg was so insanely kind and patient with us and made a delicious sandwich for us to enjoy. definitely will be coming back.

Just spent 20 of my 30 mins I get for lunch watching them work on pick up orders while the line for in store orders grew. Thanks for not allowing me lunch today as I. Now have to go back to work without eating. I suggest adding another employee for Togo only and focusing on customers in line moving forward.

Mohammed was very friendly (we don’t share the same opinions about world geography but that’s okay ??). Much better than Subway who counts the small pieces of meats and cheese at least they stack it on here.

I went in today, September 11, 2023 at around 3:15pm. The two women working completely messed up mine and my partner's order; and when we mentioned that they had messed up, they looked at us like we were an inconvenience. They never offered to remake our sandwiches, and they just packed our orders and sent us on our way. I don't know if it's a lack of training or just a lack of care for the customer. Re-train these employees or let them go. We are unable to eat our sandwiches because we have no idea what's on them, and due to mental health issues we aren't even going to be making the attempt to open the sandwiches. I'll be getting a refund through my bank, and unfortunately this food is going to be thrown away and wasted. Do not go here.

I asked what kind of chix they use in their sandwiches.he said cut up pieces i said ok ill have the chicken bacon ranch sandwich.when I opened it the meat was almost like shaved chix...it was just ok..I'll go back but I'll stick with what I knowParking: The parking lot is shared by maybe 6/7 businesses so it's tight

As stated in other reviews, don't bother with this place. It's a long line of people buying overpriced and low quality sandwiches. If you try to skip the line by buying online, lol, then it becomes even worse.... The system tells you to "go to the designated area" (it doesn't exist!). What you have to actually do is stand by the register and attempt to interrupt the current customers transaction and get someone to search for your order hidden over the grill! Funny thing is, the people next to the register are reluctant to acknowledge you over the current customer they are speaking with (not the employees fault!) - so it's a comical battle of the order line getting their stuff and the online people searching for the "designated area" (which doesn't exist!). Then... if you attempt to email the order system to say "hey, i cannot get my sandwich from this place" - it responds "You have been flagged as spam" - if you email that email it responds "postmaster error 500". I would say overall - it's the experience you would expect form a place called "Jersey Mike's" - where some dude from Jersey has just scammed you out of your lunch money. But hey, do you know who he knows? Fuhgettaboutit

The food is always decent but the last two times I came in, the workers were MISERABLE. I'm not asking for a lot but slapping my sandwich onto the counter and having the personality of a wet mop isn't it. The restaurant was dirty the last time, too... they barely cleaned off the station from the customer before. The owners/manager should make it a point to be present a little more often.
