Favorite Starbucks I visit out of Middletown, Pace Blvd, and Greenwich Ave location. For most part they know my order and name when I walk in. Anne the mgr is very friendly and often comes out from behind counter to personally bring me my order which is huge. I appreciate as I eat out alot as I'm always on the go.

I work nearby and it's the only location open early enough for me to stop before. I went there yesterday before work. The store opens at 4:30 during the week and when I arrived at 4:45, all the lights were off and it was closed. Fast forward to today, I get my regular drink, pay and I get it half full and it tastes like the plastic cup melted into my drink. As if the other morning of them forgetting to make my coffee correct werent bad, at least I could actually add sugar to them. This one was undrinkable and gross. I'm extremely disappointed. $6 is a lot to just throw into the trash.

division Egreenwich starbucks has fewer friendly employees out of every other store I have been to! The older lady who works there (usually at the register) when I come in , apparently a veteran is by far the rudest employee i have ever seen at any starbucks! -Why work a job that has you dealing with people, if you obviously do not like people? Every single time I happen to go in and she's there i cringe fr she's unhappy and miserable.

Not really my kind of place, as it doesn't really appeal to me and I don't drink coffee, but had a gift card from Xmas and didn't want to just throw it out, or give it away, since the person took the time to think of me and get it. Ended up getting a sandwich. It was 'ok'. Nothing that would ever make me want to come back, and I still don't get the appeal but at least the service was spot on.

Every time I go to this place seems like there a problem. They don't follow instructions on how you want your drink and today I received basically a half cup of coffee did not fill my drink to top.

Hey Starbucks management, you have to teach your crew how to work the register, they don’t know how to charge people the right way I get a customize Matcha, iced, (just Matcha and water), and I get charge a full price, your people around the country have no idea how to do it!!!,and I get charged full price. Very embarrassing . Your an icon , That’s why you’re in business for,to make ? not to cheat. Learn your people how to deal with your register it’s a must. !!!! ??

I wish I could give zero star to this Starbucks location. I have never received such a bad customer service like this before at Starbucks like ever! With how they over-charged for the ice coffee that I ordered and refused to follow what I requested to put on my ice coffee is insane. My usual order is 4 shots of espresso in a venti cup over ice + 2 pumps of hazelnuts and add oat milk. I traveled for works a lot across New England, and I went to many Starbucks. I never got charged for about almost $8 for a cup of ice coffee from any Starbucks I went to with my usual order. The barista didn’t care. She worked there to collect hours wages and leave I get it… But for what I ordered, I usually paid $5.02 or some locations would charge me somewhere under $6, which I can show you the history of my orders and receipts. So I canceled the order, which she didn’t care anyways, and I will never come back to this Starbucks again. Don’t come here if you will pay for $8 cup of coffee but got treated like you came to get free coffee.

I came and grabbed a espresso today , was a little out off that before I even bought my drink like cashed out I was ask to provide a tip amount. After drinking my coffe my throat felt tight and off. Not the best starbucks
