I am not very happy with this Burger King area at all. The tables are a little bit dirty. Sometimes, they were rude. The employers doesn't care about what we are doing. They are not always smiled when we ordered something. I watched some customers asked to order something and the employers started to sighing or have a blank face.. hardly smiled or friendly at all. When I asked for mustard on the side so I can use french fries on it. A rude lady said we can't give you some mustard. I said nothing and I asked for packets of ketchup and she gave me just 4. I said i need more for my friend too. She walked away. I said hey a little bit louder. She ignored me. And other nice lady came and gave me some and say thats ok.. Thats okay. I said thank you. Unbelievable. She need to be reported! And I also noticed that there is some windows which are very dirty like this picture you see below. And they put one onion ring on Whopper Jr and that's all ? It was 2 or 3 onions before but now one? Also an onion wasn't freshening at all. I bite it and it was supposed to taste refreshing and tasty but no taste and no onion smell at all. It was an old onion! The building is ugly and old than most Burger Kings I went anywhere else. Hardly renovation. Its gross! I will not going there anymore ever again. I want to share with you all about those two pics and I would like to get more but I feel awkward when seniors and elderly were there and I wanted to respect them. I feel bad for them not knowing or doesnt bother about it. Sorry about my English. Anyway here it is:

Charge me an extra 3$ for cheese on my burgers then I get home and there's no cheese. They pull me aside over my fries when no one was even behind me and when the girl gets to my window to bring out my food I say thank you and she ignores me and walks away. This burger king is trash.

Imagine ordering $40 worth of food for delivery, you get your food.. and it's all wrong. And when you bring it to customer service they can only offer a $10 store coupon..

Absolutely angry! I spent over $20 in Uber eats for a LG. whopper jr. Meal and all that was delivered were fries and a soda! That's it! Where the F is my BURGER!!?? Whoever was working on December 15th at around 8:30pm...y'all need to find another job!..how do you screw that up!?!?..this establishment has gotten so bad through the years that today officially makes it the last time I give that place a penny of my money...no excuse! Absolutely NONE!

Do not go here! Stay far away. Not only are the employees not trained on the basic skills of customer service but no one cares. Ordered 1 simple sandwich and waited 18 minutes and finally gave up and left without my food. Worst customer service experience in as long as I can remember. Go to McDonalds!!

Definitely need to stop asking people for their names. No need for that ever!!! Also, stop asking people to pull to the stop sign when there's absolutely no one behind them. It shouldn't take long to prepare a breakfast sandwich!!

asked if there were a deal on chicken sandwich deal. said wasnt any. got to window amd its on the window. she says is that what you were talking abiut. i said yes. could you switch it. she says. no. you already paid.
No sauce that was ordered, went back to get it and I couldn't have gotten more attitude thrown my way for them forgetting it. She even said that it was was their in the bag but wasn't. Poor management.

Terrible management especially that one manger Elsa , always has an attitude stays snatching money and always rude when taking my order , there was hair!!!! in my food and the fries I asked for I wanted them fresh and they were definitely was not . Absolutely disgusting. And when we asked for a refund then she proceeded to have an attitude about it and threatened my friends that they were going to be banned from the store . Absolutely childish behavior , unprofessional , and unnecessary. Just terrible .

Best service in fast food on Newport Ave. They actually get your order correct and are genuinely kind. The drive through is alittle odd in design but the food and staff are top notch
