Some of the best Chinese food I've had outside of CT!! Quick delivery, nice & fresh. Very happy. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu. We ordered for lunch. There was so much food, I had enough for supper!

If I could give zero stars I would. They stole over $110 from my fiancé after not delivering the correct food (it was a large order over $70). After placing an order it took about an hour and a half to be delivered. They brought the incorrect food, after calling they said they would bring the right food and proceeded to charge again. After my finance called and was told to come in person to get a refund he got screamed at by a lady in the back saying we tried to scam them and that she was going to call the police. Even the woman working the front register was telling the lady in the back to stop screaming at him for no reason and was begging that she just give us our refund. Awful customer service. The food was very low quality. Place is disgusting inside. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

We decided to place another order at Golden House since we were pretty happy with the food we had recently gotten there. We ordered the Chicken with Cashews which came with white rice. We ordered the Beef with Peppers and Onions which also came with white rice, we ordered steamed dumplings and a Pu Pu Platter. We got a free small wonton soup with our order. The Chicken and Cashews had celery, carrots and onions and was plentiful. It was lacking in cashews but the flavor was very good. The Beef, Peppers and Onions was loaded and also had very good flavor. The steamed dumplings contained 6 and were very tasty however the sauce that came with them we did not like. It was more of a sweet tasting sauce. The Pu Pu Platter had some items we liked and other we did not. On the platter was two wings, two beef teriyaki, 4 chicken fingers, 4 crab rangoon, 2 egg rolls and boneless wings. The wings were full wings but not very flavorful and on the smaller side. The beef teriyaki was also lacking flavor but good size pieces. The chicken fingers were good. The crab rangoon were not fluffy like other places and were a little greasy. The egg rolls were good but not our favorite like other restaurants. There were few boneless ribs. In our opinion, there was more we disliked than we liked and would not order again. The soup contained 4 wontons and some green onions. The broth had good flavor but the soup was lacking the pork and bok choy other restaurants include which make theirs outstanding and more like a meal on its own. Not bad though for basic wonton soup. Overall, we felt much of the order tasted salty and because of that, we will likely not order again. We are a mostly no salt house hold.

Worst Chinese food ever!! Do not order from here!!! Chicken wings was raw, rice so clumpy no taste, no color. Beef Teriyaki was mushy. (so gross) Ordered General Tao and Orange chicken couldn't tell what was what, no taste. Chicken lo mein was mushy and no taste!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! MANAGER WOULDN'T EVEN COME TO THE PHONE TO TALK TO ME. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED....

This restaurant stole from me tonight . I ordered an 11 dollar item and she charged me 17 dollars . I tried to point at it on the menu and refused to listen and pretends not to speak English and say idk. Ok then I hope the extra 5 dollars was worth losing a regular customer as ill never order from here

Ordered at 7:18 tonight. Told it would take 45 minutes. Waited until 8:30 called and told that they were around the corner. Waited 15 minutes and called again. Received apology and told manager would be alerted and they would be there soon. Asked if I should just cancel told no driver will be right there. Called again and told them I wanted to cancel and get refund. Then told it was delivered about an hour go and it was outside. Went out in rain to check nothing. Then put on with manager who checked again told delivered. I then ask for the sign receipt. Goi g to see said receipt tomorrow. Will be filing fraud charges. tomorrow after they show me copy of signed receipt.
