Love this location but the young staff was goofing off in the back and laughing with loud music while I was eating, and I over heard them tell a female employee to never ever eat the coleslaw no matter what. So yh... I dont care about the mysic and fun. It's all good. Have fun. But, what's wrong with the coleslaw???

I ordered a 12 peice family meal. The crispy chicken tasted like it was under a heat lamp for hours. I didn't get the gravy with my mash potatoes. This is the worst $70 dollars I could have ever spent. This establishment should be EMBARRASSED to send out poor quality food. I will recommend for people to stay clear from this KFC and just save your money.

The food was as expected can't complain. The manager on wasn't fantastic to the other customers from what I saw.Incredibly cold in the dining room, even colder in the restrooms.

I normally don't write reviews for fast food. However this place stands out. It is clean, friendly service, and much better than average. Very organized for a fast food restaurant. On a Friday at dinner time with the Drive-thru very busy and a lot of customers inside my order came out in a timely fashion. I even requested if I could get chicken fresh from pressure cooker when it comes out she said yes. I asked the lady filling the orders her name she said Mrs. Brown I couldn't help noticing how efficient she was. She must have been one of the managers. Wow you don't see fast food employees like Mrs. Brown run a tight ship like this. Wish other food establishments would use her work ethics.

Food is terrible like it was made yesterday. Chicken was cold yet burnt so figure that one out. Soda was warm and tasted watered down. I couldn't believe how bad this place has become. Paper straws stink too but I'm not drinking whatever warm liquid they gave me. When I saw my food I thought I was on a candid camera TV show. Honestly.

Went to pick up a quick box meal and was really disappointed. Their prices have gone way up and the size of the sides is absolutely laughable. Worst of all was the customer service tonight. I was asking a couple questions about substituting my order and I was getting a lot of attitude the entire time. I checked my food before driving away and naturally, they messed something up. Back at the window asking for it to be fixed, all I could hear was co-workers, fighting and screaming and swearing at each other in the background... Very unprofessional. I'm done with this place for good.

dinner for 2 three chicken meal that was cold greasy the worst we’ve ever had the mashed potatoes were horrible cold the gravy was gelled. We got three-piece tenders with french fries.were cold and we’re like they had been there all day. Disgusting no sauce. I specifically asked to make sure it was hot. What a shame.
