Fantastic late night dinner! We walked in at 9:10pm and were greeted with enthusiasm. How refreshing to see an establishment that closes at 9:30pm, happily welcome us at such a late hour! Our server was pleasant and attentive. The menu had a great selection of specialty pizzas as well as pasta dishes. We ordered and promptly received 3 pizzas, one gluten free pizza and, one chicken Alfredo pasta dish. Everything was well done and delicious. At the end of dinner, we were unexpectedly presented us with the most mouth watering dessert pizza! After a cold, rainy evening of soccer, we couldn’t thank you enough for the delicious food and hospitality! If you are in the area, I would highly recommend visiting MidiCi!Dietary restrictions: Great Gluten Free Pizza Options!

I relocated back ‘home’ from Los Angeles and Manhattan (NYC) a couple years ago and have really been missing those neighborhood spots that are not only friendly and cozy but have GREAT people, service, ingredients, food and adult beverage selections! Well… I have FOUND A GEM!Medici in East Providence has all of these things and more!! The Neapolitan pizza is perfection.. I had the classic margahrita in honor of my Mom and let me tell you it was AUTHENTICALLY OUTSTANDING!! OH and the wine list!!!! WHAAATTT!! Great Italian selections that most local places do not have! This owner, Brian, prepared my pizza for me with much care and love (the dough tasted just like Italy) and Kristen, the manager was super helpful in helping me select a wine and the whole place just has a welcoming inviting unique ‘spirit’!I am writing this review sitting at the cozy bar and I already can’t wait to come back! I’m planning my next visit before I’ve even walked out the door! HA!!Who need Federal Hill and the “highway disaster to get into Providence with Nedici right here!!!

Great food, service and atmosphere! Brian, the owner spent some time chatting with us which made the whole experience even more fun and special! I highly recommend this cozy place!

Wife and I stopped here by default. On our way to Providence, a big highway accident made us get off highway and go with plan B. We found this place. Nothing fancy from the outside. Inside was cozy and untraditional which we loved. My wife enjoyed her plush wingback dinner chair. Owner Brian waited on us our entire stay. Informed us of the impressive preparation and imported ingredients for many of the dishes. Appetizer wings were great. Wife never orders wings, and she loved them. Best dry rub wings I've had in a while. Glazed walnut salad was truly delicious. Main course was neopolotin margarita pizza which was OUTSTANDING. Bursting with flavor and the crust was phenomenal to the last bite. Wife ordered the classic Chicken parmesan. Above average portion and very juicy cut of chicken. Brian mentioned the chicken Parm would not disappoint and he was correct. We live 45 minutes or more from here and we'll take a ride again. Great spot.

You cannot go wrong at this place. Amazing food, attentive waitstaff and the owner is amazing!! He personally came to our table to ask how things were and he was so friendly and interactive!! Loved it there, great ambiance too!! 11 out of a 10!! Scrumptious desserts, too!! I can't say enough. The Nutella calzone was to die for!! Enjoy!!!

TL;DR: I didn't really enjoy the pizza or the wait but that doesn't mean you won't. Chicken wings were out of this world though.Let me preface by saying we were ordering for five people as takeout for a birthday celebration. We got two pizzas, one calzone, and a gluten free pizza along with a dozen original spicy wings. I'll take this one piece at a time. The two pizzas were "New York" cheese and cheese/bacon. They were definitely not anything resembling a NY pizza. They were kind of a bastardization of their Neapolitan but all the toppings were centered on the middle of the pie leaving a massive thin ring of just flour tasting dough around the outside. Maybe that's how it's supposed to be but it wasn't my thing. The calzone was sausage for a filling and I have to say the filling was okay if a little too greasy and not very spicy. The one surprise was how thick the dough was around the center fold meaning it wasn't quite as well cooked as it could have been. Gluey and undercooked dough does not make for the greatest eating experience. The gluten free pizza was good where there were toppings. Where it was bare crust with no sauce or toppings, it was a completely inedible piece of "dough". It was so hard, we couldn't bite through it so we gave it to the dog and, I'm not exaggerating when I say, she ate it like a rawhide. I can't recommend their GF, sorry. The wings were incredible and not just because the rest had issues. We got original spicy. They were meaty, spicy, amazingly seasoned, and had the bits of peppers, onions, and other nuggets of deliciousness used to flavour them. I would pay more than they charged for these and they were not cheap.Lastly, I want to focus on the staff and service. Everyone was very friendly and offered genuinely good service. Unfortunately, for a reason that wasn't explained to me, it took half an hour longer for me to get it than was quoted when I ordered it. 45 minutes instead of 15 - and I was picking up, not delivery. That said, they were nice and apologetic about the delay. The atmosphere in the restaurant was really nice with music playing and a pretty tree in the dining room which made the wait not so bad.See you on the road.

Brian the owner and chef was very accommodating when we were 14 of us. He came to introduce himself which was very unexpected. The pizzas were excellent and also the salads and esp the tiramisu! I would definitely return there for dinner. The server was so friendly and Mer all our needs!

Came here months ago food and service was fantastic. Not so much today. Service was just ok but food huge disappointment. Garlic bread undercooked and that was not the worst of it. Ordered Margherita pizza, stated fresh mozzarella, far from. This was the only reason I ordered. Lastly, kitchen cook/chef interacted with everyone in the restaurant but me. I imagine because I was alone but no excuse. I will not be back.

Pizza crust was good as was the outer half but the center is paper thin and got soggy during delivery. It goes very limp when reheated in the oven. Im sure it tastes better in the restaurant but this is not a good style of pizza to get delivered. My issue is the imposter tiramisu… what you get is a bland dry cake poorly mimicking actual tiramisu. Theres no coffee flavor. Even the frosting was dry. Skip and order another dessert item.
