Pulled in at 10:50. Waited 10 minutes for the store to open. At 11 I went up and the door was locked. Dbag inside yells we open at 1130. I say sign says 11. He says oh well. Dbag.

actually the worst moes i've ever been to in the last 5 years of going there. I went today and the chips were so stale couldn't even eat them, i got soft tacos and the taco was also so stale and hard i had to throw it all away not to mention the beef inside was cold and the queso cup i got which is like $5 was filled halfway. will never ever go back to this moes - and you shouldn't either! go to another location or put ur money into food elsewhere. so disappointed and wish i could get my $20 back for food i threw away :(

Moe's is usually good, but something was very wrong here. They were out of a lot of stuff (chips, literally half the soft drinks), the staff seemed under duress, the place was dirty, and my burrito didn't taste good at all. I don't know if this is a bad location, or if it was just a bad day, but I'm less inclined to go to Moe's again any time soon.

I had stopped here a few times for lunch and dinner on the go. After my last visit I won't be going back. My husband has a gluten allergy and when I asked if all of the meat options were gluten free the worker responded with an "I don't know". It was an awkward silence and then he reluctantly went to ask someone and they also seemed unsure. The worker came back and told me there was a sign around somewhere that showed allergies but didn't point me to where it was posted. I obviously didn't feel safe ordering anything if the worker wasn't positive and didn't seem educated on allergies. I feel you should at least know where to find the information to confidently answer someone.

I don't like Mexican food that much but Moe's is just to good to not have. Very fast at making my food and when I sit down to eat the tables are very clean and aware about the COVID guidelines which is another upside. I also like how wholesome there staff is, I asked for a few napkins (I'm pretty messy) and the staff member gave me one better and helped clean up my mess. There isn't anything bad about the restaurant it's very clean but it sadly is not the best Mexican restaurant, but I still would recommend Moe's.

I’m probably taking my money to chipotle for burritos and I hate that. Honestly, I have had MANY bad burritos from Moes but still went because they never messed with my husbands order and he loves Moes. I have had ice cold burritos, I’ve had burritos with only rice, beans, and tofu when I had a ton of other stuff in there and was still charged for guacamole, and I’ve had burritos that were so salty that I thought they used salt water to cook everything in and then added more

Went a few days ago the service was wasn’t bad the girl was very friendly but i had to keep repeating myself of what i wanted though. The only other complaint is that the soda machine didn’t have much choices because it was out of pretty much everything. I will try this location again hopefully after the pandemic is over.

I tried Moe's a few times before, and the food was really good. But, this location did not do those previous experiences any justice. The rice was extremely hard, veggies had no flavor, and the chips had no salt or lime juice. I definitely see why Baja's is replacing the other one in South Attleboro...

Horrendous customer service. I drive for DoorDash and this was the second time in a row I've gone to pick up a delivery from this establishment and had to wait over 15 minutes past the designated pickup time to receive the order that the customer was waiting for. To make matters worse, the team working the counter all move with the speed of a turtle on horse tranquilizers. No regard for the customer, no sense of urgency whatsoever. No apology or acknowledgment for the wait or the inconvenience. In fact, at one point during this most recent experience, at the height of the dinner time rush two of the employees (out of the four total that were working) decided to just leave the area and go on break. Meanwhile some of the customers had already been waiting an hour for their food. If you value your time and hard earned money, avoid this place.

This place is going downhill. They were out of so many ingredients and just didn’t care. It was adequate for the Monday pricing, but will not be back. Baja’s is much better.
