I am very happy I chose the Riviera for a bereavement luncheon. The service was excellent. The food was delicious, warm fresh and plentiful. Everyone loved the food and drinks, and appreciated the great service and comfortable private atmosphere. I found the pricing to be very good, especially for the quality, quantity and great attentive service.Dietary restrictions: Both gluten free and vegetarian dishes were effortlessly provided, along with the regular items.

This restaurant is definitely a family favorite. My personal favorites are the calamari, shrimp Mozambique pizza, fish fillets and the mash potatoes are super delicious. Definitely the best Portuguese restaurant in RI. The staff here are also super sweet. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!
Don't go here if you have an allergy... told me to "order something else" rather than taking care when preparing our food...and there weren't but a few other customers!!! Have ordered the same thing many times. That was the last time and will never go back.

The absolute worst restaurant experience of my life...never received our meal after 2 whole hours of waiting while watching every other table that came after us eating their food, left very unhappy and hungry since there was no word when our meal was ever arriving and no one seem to care either...will never return or recommend

Been coming here for years, but food has been in decline, not sure if new owners changed menu around but, calamari was much better before, was over cooked and tasted like burnt oil, the sauce also changed to almost like a Buffalo, wasn’t good… sad because this used to be one of the best spots in town.

The person I was with takes all his women there and even asks them to marry him Sean walks and lives up the block and everyone knows him there which makes each one of us women just look like another dumb woman he is using and talking advantage of. Now I hate to even look at this place.

Used to love coming here but now it’s gone completely downhill, portions are a joke for the price and if you order the to go food it comes thrown in the bag and they provide no utensils..
