Bad review for Saturday's only. Store opens at 8am, but the opening staff worker ALWAYS shows up late. 8:32am and doors still locked because he ain't set up yet! Real inconvenience for those of us coming off night shift. Just do your job!

I frequent this spot a lot. great staff and clean. For whatever reason their bathroom is not in working order. Otherwise it is a great Subway spot. You know what to expect.

Worst sandwich EVER!!! When I went to open the package all the ROTTEN SMELL!!! The girl knew it when she made it yesterday!!!! No way she didn't smell that when she made it. I had to give one star to write a review!!

A long time before Coronvirus was happened, They provided a free Wifi. Now, no more! In Europe like Portugal and Azores, they offered free Wifi everywhere. I loved it but here in America. Whats going on ? Subway sucks to be honest with you. They told me a week ago that I cannot bring my own favorite water bottle and order their subyway, what?! I was a little bit upset so I ordered it and go out instead of buying water and sit inside at all. Also they dont accept two things: No grilled chicken with coupon, and no buy one and get one free large sub coupon either. In Pawtucket and in Cumberland, they accepted those. Not in Newport Ave East Providence, Seekonk, and Lincoln. I will never buy there. Only in Pawtucket and in Cumberland, period.

I go in there everyday of the week for my lunch break. I order a wrap with a little bit of vegetables and I've been paying $4.84 every day for just the wrap. I went in there today and the employee charged me $8 when I said all week it was less than $5 she was so rude and raised her voice. When I said that I expect to pay what I've been paying every single day she took the sandwich through it away and was so rude. People beware! Is the employee that sounds like she's had a few to many cigarettes. It's not about the money, I never expected a discount and if her employees were charging me less then that's on them. How is it you are going to, without explanation going to charge a customer almost double and get so angry when they want to understand. Funny she threw it away when I never said I wasn't going to purchase it.

The only reason y I gave it a 4 star is because the girl that was in there needs help. She was the only 1 working, so there was a little wait. But the lady that was in there was super friendly. The place was nice n clean. I will say that the food that doesn't look gd she got rid of n put out fresh food.

I'm a regular at this establishment because I work in the same plaza, and it's easy for me to swing over on my break. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back due to my last visit... The worrker on duty had been visibly angry with her body language as she helped the gentleman in front of me, and was stating that the other worker had called out short notice, causing her to wait 45 minutes for her break. Although I sympathize with her situation, it made the visit very uncomfortable to the point where I turned right around and walked out before getting to order... I couldn't help but feel as if she was projecting, and making me feel like it was not safe to order, losing my business for that day .

This subway had very friendly staff. But like all fast food places this subway has young unsupervised teenagers that hardly know how to make a sandwich. But they seem like good kids. My sandwich was done right just extremely messy unlike other subways I have been too. They were very quick weren't chatting or texting which gets a thumbs up from me
