I have never had bad food or coffee here. In fact this is one of the few places I can come knowing my coffee will be made right. Even the younger workers are very pleasant, something you can't find at a Dunkin or Starbucks (I work there!)

Hmmmm. Service was fine. Lighting is a bit dim. Baked goods selection seemed a little sparse. Let me taste this coffee.....Black. Mehhh, its not terrible. I should have doctored it w/ cream and 2 sugars. I assume thats what most people do around these parts. Last time I was in the area I fueled up at TLC coffee right around the corner. Also totally meh coffee. Both establishments in the URI neighborhood. I assume they both cater to the "snickerdoodle" coffee w/ extra whipped cream and chocolate drizzle crowd. I guess you can get away with mediocre base coffee when you are adding all that extra crap.

The coffee is amazing here and the service is good. The atmosphere is really nice to meet up with friends or to have a work session. The food is good, but there is a limited selection of vegan options. So far I know are there no vegan pastrie options.Vegetarian options: Much vegetarian options, not so much vegan options.

very poor management and extremely understaffed. the owner must not care about the future of this establishment. i don’t understand why there are only 2 people working when there is a line most of the day.

This place was looks great from the outside, but inside not . It's like a high end McDonald's, they microwave everything. I purchased the Meat Lovers Breakfast sandwich, it was horrible.

Short review: We found part of a plastic wrapper in our breakfast sandwich. Totally unacceptable and dangerous.Long Review: So the food here usually is pretty good, a bit expensive, but good. However I've noticed the service speeds are kind of ridiculous when they are slightly busy. Like waiting 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich slow. The lady making the sandwiches today seemed more interested in chatting up a customer over actually making the food. She talked the entire time I waiting for 20 minutes while moving at a snails pace. When I actually got the food it wasn't even the kind of bagel I ordered and had a piece of a plastic wrapper inside of it. We only found it while eating the sandwich. Totally ridiculous unless something changes I'll probably never come back

The people here are not only amazingly kind and have a wonderful smile but they also let that bleed out into the people that shop here. Wonderful coffee, baked goods, food and employees(friends). Definitely recommend this place for any quick fix in the morning rush as well as a nice hang out brunch with friends.Kid-friendliness: They are more than happy to house moms getting together to chat while the kids play, every time I’m in there I see that type of situation and it makes me happy. Some places don’t allow children as they can distrust the atmosphere but they’re kids! Sophie’s so great.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a nice walkway from parking lot into door that should not hinder any disability or wheelchair attempting to use it.

Morning drinks. I'll give it 3 stars for the ambience but have to take 2 away for the actual quality of the drinks. I ordered a black tea with almond milk and got something fruity smelling/tasting. Did not enjoy. Hubs said his Chai latte was way to sweet and didn't enjoy. The wait to order was long because there were many people in the queue already which he hoped meant good brews but no. We didn't get any of the pastries but hopefully they taste better than the drinks did. The ambiance is very cute inside of your staying to sit and enjoy your food and drinks.

Ordered a cappuccino with a heated up blueberry muffin and butter on the side. I received a cold muffin without butter and a cappuccino that tasted like warm milk. When I asked for another shot of espresso it still tasted like warm milk. No coffee flavor at all. I got attitude when I asked for my muffin heated up so I didn't even ask for a side of butter. The menu is also misleading. It says there is scrambled eggs, sausage, etc, but there isn't a grill . These are precooked that they put in the microwave. It looks like you can order an omelet or real breakfast but it's only breakfast sandwiches that are pre-made

The BEST coffee in South County, maybe the entire state. Yummy breakfast sandwiches, baked goods for everyone- no matter your food allergy. Everything is baked in house and there's even trays for the pups. And booze to add to your coffee if you you need it. The staff is wonderful and it's a woman-owned business. It's cute and cozy and welcoming.
