“Blast off to Sci-Fi!Set back off Putnam Pike in the Pinewood Plaza in Glocester, RI you'll boldly go where no deli has gone before. As you step inside you're greeted by a mash-up of Star Wars and Star Trek memorabilia that would make a Trekkie feel right at home. My sandwich was a fresh and tasty reuben and I added a "made in Mexico/real sugar" Mandarin orange soda for a warp speed lunch to go. This was an unexpected fun stop that I'll visit again for sure.May the forks be with you!“

“Really good food and large portions. Service was slow, but they appeared to have just one server. One member of our group was finished eating before the rest of us even got our food. The fries were salty, just the way I like them. The fish was delicious!Definitely will return to try a couple of dishes that looked good. Just perhaps earlier when it isn’t so busy.Wheelchair accessibility: I didn’t see a ramp, but the stairs are wide and easily accessible. It was raining, so if there was a ramp, I just missed seeing it.“

“I usually order takeout or delivery and 95% of the time it is delivered early, piping hot, and correct!! Our favorites are the spicy Italian and Aegean Special grinders, Greek salad with grilled chicken (Tons of feta!!). I will say that when there has been a problem that they make it right IMMEDIATELY and are very professional and courteous about it!!“

“Pizza was uniquely fresh. The veggies were so clean and fresh. Not overcooked but cooked just right. Flavor was spot on. Obvious use of fresh herbs. I loved it. Some folks stock up on milk and bread before a snowstorm, we go to Socrates to load the fridge with Italian food. ?“

“Family friendly restaurant in a strip mall area off the highway. Super convenient for the indoor sports place next door as well.Food was yummy. Drinks were good. “Best food around!!!! The pizza is excellent and the grinders are huge and delicious!! I highly recommend you go on Tuesdays for pizza, it's only $ 9.00 for a square cheese Italian Grandma Long Pan Pizza pizza, $ 11.00 for a one topping and $13 for a two topping!! You can not beat those prices any where in the state!! And Thursdays the large homemade meatball grinders are only $7.50, as well as their Huge Italian grinders with the works!!! “This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered the chili cheese fries and a pepperoni pizza. The fries blew my mind. The container was loaded with fries, lots of chili, and even more cheese. It was more than enough for a meal on its own. The pizza was very nicely done. A nice airy and light crust, great sauce and ample cheese. And two very nice guys working inside. On a scale from 0-10, I would rate this 9.1.“

“I have to tell you, all the food is awesome. My family and I order from here often. I play in a hockey league twice a week and alot of the league members look forward to going to the Western afterwards, wether we win or lose. The restaurant and bar in great to unwind with all the league players, have a couple drinks and eat some pizza and and wings. All the food is fantastic but hockey night is pizza and wings, LOL. Get the pepperoni well done, I love it, this is not fast food pizza, one pizza can feed a family of 3 to 4, just so you know. It gets busy some times on the "hockey" nights when we are there but the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone, sometimes the server is alone in the bar by herself, tending to the tables and the bar because the kitchen staff is overwhelmed from all the ordering, in the restaurant and take out yet they all make everyone feel welcome. Particularly Jessica, who works there almost every time we are there. Thank you to the staff and owners for making our nights even more enjoyable. Steve.“

“The pizza was delicious. I ordered a small with extra cheese and pepperoni. I asked for it well done and it was perfect. The crust was nice and crunchy. Also, I ordered two hot weiners for my mom and she loved them. All that for a little under $20.“

“Joe, Danny and their crew make consistently delicious food. Their turn around time is always fast and their food is the best you'll find in all of RI. Their subs are huge and their pies are delicious.Don't waste time looking elsewhere. This is the best pizza place around!“

“First time here and it was very good. I tried the swordfish and it was not bad. The service was outstanding. I'd recommend sitting at a table unless your a skinny person. I'd recommend if you're looking for a place to have a romantic dinner with that special someone. Not too loud and they take good care of you.“

“Great food but not so great customer service. We placed a take out order for taco pizza. When we arrived home we learned there were none of the required toppings on the pizza. (No lettuce, tomato, cheese or sour cream). My husband had to make a return trip to get the situation corrected. While the girl on the desk was very helpful, no one apologized for the mistake. The pizza was merely taken to the kitchen, toppings placed on the pizza, and returned to my husband. No one from the kitchen spoke to my husband. My suggestion: if you order take out, open the box and be sure you’re getting what you ordered to save yourself the time and gas of a second trip.“

“It has such a flavor of freedom you see. Around a month or two ago I was served divorce papers from my wife. And we had tried to work through it and I figured we would patch things up but she surprised me. And on that day I got a few to go pizzas from the bakery cause I was in the area and it truly is the best around. The flavor took me to a place where no woman yells at you for having a beer on a week night or constantly nags me about my secretary who is truly just a platonic coworker. “What a amazing find. Not only great prices drink specials as well as happy hour (something very much missed in rhode island) but amazing locals and bartender. Drinks right away and a pleasant time. Will visit again 10/10. (My partner loves the pizza) thanks chef.“

“George's Pizza is located in the heart of Pascoag. Housed in an old stage coach building. They even have a cigarette vending machine dated back to the 80's lol, even though I am not a smoker i was still surprised to see one. This is my go to for pizza or hot wieners. They even offer a hot wiener pizza! It's sometimes busy when ordering out on weeknights and weekends! Food is always consistent and good!“

“I couldn't believe our waitress brought over a cart full of coloring supplies, games, and toys for my boys to play with! Food was great and the staff was very nice!Kid-friendliness: Although it's BYOB for adults (which i found a little odd) it is still very kid-friendly. There are a few arcade games available to keep kids busy, and our waitress pulled out a cart full of coloring supplies and games. My boys had a blast playing Jenga while waiting for our food!“

“As someone who really enjoys a good Pan-Style pizza, Niko's has ALWAYS delivered. The crust, sauce, and toppings have consistently been just right. I've also heard their wings are good, but haven't tried them so can't personally speak to their quality.“

“It's a nice place and the food was very good. The bar area is a little loud but the building is historical and it was clean. I would go again.Parking: It is behind the building and the entrance to the lot is a little hard to see if it's dark out. You just gotta pay attention and slow the ef down for a second please.“

“13 years old here, grandmother lives by here. I’m from the Chicago area, so every time I come here on vacation, I stop by to get a meatball sub. Today, the guy was very friendly, asking about our day and how it went, and was just very chatty and hospitable. Of course, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere never fails to bring back the memory of going there for the first time. Overall, a great place to eat if you are in town, would definitely recommend!!!“
