I came wth my family for lunch on a Friday. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The staff were so friendly and patient since we are new to Cava. There was an older woman training and she was so pleasant and had a smile on as we went down the line making our bowls. All the options were filled and we enjoyed a very flavorful and calm lunch. Highly recommend this location!My only recommendation is to please offer recycling in the store.

Overall one of the best restaurant visits I have experienced with my family tonight for dinner the manager Perry worker Edwin and grill cook Rey did such a nice job the visit was perfect. These guys are hard working young men. I will be ordering a lot more Cava these guys are fantastic and I love this place someone please thank

Service and food quality are inconsistent here. I love the Cava brand. Been to a location in NY many times, always consistent, good portions, clean tables/kitchen/foodline, and friendly staff. I have been to the Smithfield location probably 15 times and I find that it is much more inconsistent. When my friends join me, they all agree and say the same thing. Recently went on Sunday for lunch, they were out of one dressing and three add-ons. The employee seemed disinterested and was unfriendly. He did not apologize for being out of a large amount of items. The food doesn't seem to taste as fresh and the kitchen was quite messy. The staff did not seem motivated or friendly in the slightest bit. I have worked in the food industry as a server and I have gained a massive appreciation for servers, cooks etc. Its a tough industry to work in, but I always put the customer first and spoke nicely, delivering excellent service. This location is not awful, but it could be much better. Management needs to start demanding consistency and excellence from this location. Hopefully now that Cava is a public company, this will not become a regular occurrence for other locations.

This is my go to place to eat when I am in the area and it never disappoints!! The service is beyond amazing, the manager made sure we were all good and liked the food. It’s always clean when I go which is always a plus. Lovely experience thanks to the staff and the manager, D’mitri!

The integrity and the atmosphere of a business is always held by good employees, and even better managers that truly anchor, the experience that all food places and franchises should aim for. Seeing all hands on deck, especially with a manager being humble enough to serve not just food, but an experience is next to none, I highly recommend that everyone in the Rhode Island area visits, this CAVA location.

Food and service is great but today was the second time in a row where they ran out of falafels by 12pm. I would get it if it was at the end of the day but both times weren’t. Makes me want to go to a different location due to this. (UPDATE : now 3 times in a row during rush hour, 6pm no falafels. I ask how long it’ll be and they ran out of it for the night …. Again…. Don’t understand how you can run out of a staple like this this many times. Sorry you’ve lost a customer.)
