If you’re open until 10pm then have your employees stay open until 10pm. I drove from a long distance to get a coffee I arrived at 9:50pm only to have an employee hide in the back while they were dumping their mop bucket, I said hi are you closed? And I’m a loud person naturally .. I get no response so I said it again louder, only to be completely ignored I had to ask the gas station employee and he had the nerve to say yea, their closed I said online says 10 pm he shrugs his shoulders and rolls his eyes .. seriously if your not gonna be polite you might as well ignored me to.Absolutely horrible experience overallNever again not even for gas I’ll drive 50 miles before I ever come here again!

Drive thru only if you have time to waste and you want the whole order to be wrong but you can't have them fix the order because you already wasted 30 mins in line.. with only 8 cars in front.

I put in a mobile order for a coffee and some food. I got there in about 15 minutes, my coffee was nowhere to be found. I waited in line to tell the cashier that i put a mobile order in. She interups me and points at the mobile order area. I walk over and say out loud to her "my coffee is not here". Then she walks away from the cashier stand to make my coffee which was a Cold brew LIGHT ICE and espresso shot. I'm watching her make this coffee and put a ton of ice and no espresso shot. Then she puts it on the stand and says nothing and walks away. This is the closest Dunkin' to my house so it's the most convenient, however everytime I go there it's an awful experience. I spent $6 on this coffee that is mostly ice, no espresso shot WHICH WAS AN EXTRA DOLLAR FIFTY. I would have had them remake it, but I am already late for work. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm furious and this reiterates my opinion that Dunkin sucks and any other place to get coffee is less expensive, better tasting and less aggravation.

Had to wait in car line but they were friendly and finally gave me what I asked for.I have noticed that none of these Dunkins have staff that know anything about the app! Dunkin should train all their staff on the app!!!

Wish there were ZERO stars. Dunkin Donuts Review for 639B, Greenville, R.I. location. 2/18/231. Line waited – 18 minutes. 2 cars waiting at window. 10 minutes2. 5 cars in front of me waiting to order.3. Line waited for both of these cars to leave before the next order was taken.4. After my order I waited an additional 11 minutes before I reached the window. That is a total of 29 minutes to get a coffee and croissant.5. When I got to the window, my order was cold. Coffee and Croissant Sandwich.6. Had to wait more time for them to redo my order.7. They did not offer me a receipt.8. I verbally complained to the 2 different employees at the window. I specifically let them know this was not their problem. This location is very poorly managed. The location manager needs to be replaced. She stayed out of sight of the window and let the 2 employees take the brunt of my complaint.9. I could have gone another 5 miles to the Apple Valley Smithfield location and returned home in less time.10. At least 3 times per week I drive by the Greenville location because the line is long and slow. I am sure this affects the profits to this location.11. This is not the first time this scenario of an extremely long wait has occurred in Greenville; always complaining on lack of staff.12. I have done some investigation into the staffing problem here. Quotes from different staff members: “She is the manager from hell.” “People do not want to work for her.” “She does not schedule enough staff”13. There are some staff members who get to know their customers, are always pleasant, and try customers as if they are friends. Not the manager.14. NOTE: This location does not offer a note near the window asking, “How are we doing?” or a phone number to call.15. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DUNKIN DONUTS CONSIDER REMOVING HER AS MANAGER IN ANY LOCATION.
