Nothing better than the Deli. Great coffee and breakfast options - muffins, bagels, egg sandwiches. And plenty of options for sandwiches to meet all needs. Never fails to satisfy. :)

Great sandwiches and coffee, with a beautiful view of Newport bridge and the west passage. It is a tiny place inside, but has a lot of outdoor seating. The service is very friendly and fast. Unfortunately they close early in the afternoon, but love going there when it is open.

We ate here twice since we stayed in the area. The line can look long but moves fast and the food in prepared just a quick. Nothing fancy but very nice.

This is a good spot for a quick coffee or muffin but a bit expensive for what you get. Outdoor seating is nice, inside it is a bit crowded. In my opinion this place is good but not as good as some reviews suggest. Slice of Heaven up the street may lack the view but I found the food better.
