I only get to come to this location once a week, but each time they never fail. It is THE BEST customer service I have ever had! They are always so polite and so accommodating. I choose this location over the one thats down the street from my house and never regret it. This location makes being 5 minutes late to work worth it.

This is the third time I’ve gone, ordered online, and the workers were inside chatting and my coffee was still not done. I thought the purpose of the app was that people could get their coffee quickly if they were in a rush. I was in a rush, and when I got my coffee it was half empty, for almost $5. Very disappointing.

Best Dunks internet whole area!!! Friendly , fast service. Clean as could possibly be, very nice to see that. Coffee was exactly as ii asked n the breakfast sammich was fresh , soft n delicious!!!!

Very busy location. Drive thru line reaches the street. This makes it difficult to get into the parking lot. When you do get into the lot, parking is a little difficult. I was not about to wait in that drive thru line, I placed my Iced Coffee order via the Dunkin app and walked in. It was like cutting in line. No wait and I was in and out within a few minutes.

If i can give this place zero stars i would. there are flies everywhere and on the donuts. I watched one of the male workers itch his armpit, smell it then continued to make food which by the way he had no gloves on. The floors and bathroom are disgusting. Oh and goodluck if you want to speak to manager, manager is never there!!! this place is runned by lazy teens..they need to be shut down immediately.

Me and my boyfriend have had already 3 bad experiences!Today my frozen regular was only water and his wasn’t the regular experience you get with a coffee. How disappointing it was getting that water after waiting 15 minutes in line!Yesterday my pecan crunch frozen was not frozen at all one more time, not the flavor I get when I have it, too much softer and just water, not as frozen as it is supposed to be. My boyfriend’s iced coffee again no flavor.And Monday same thing, it was not frozen at all, no flavor after waiting in line. I was 30 min late at work but never again. Now I order my Dunkin around my job on the East Side.Never again! Awful service. The lady in the front acts like I owe her money and I tried 3 times! Never again!

Ownership 0/10, Management 2/10, Inside employee service 5/10, Food preparation 7/10, Beverage preparation 7/10, Inside ambiance 5/10, Outside appearance 8/10, Drive through service 5/10. Overall business rating 5/10. Ownership shows little or no experience in hospitality and management. Management should be completely restructured and retrained. Employees are not all to blame for extremely low hospitality standards of management which include hiring people who are not qualified to work in hospitality, lack of or poor training, negative attitude. A business like this only survives because many repeat customers see it as a convenient location, they are not particular about accuracy of preparation or orders, they don't care about high service standards, or inside ambiance. If you are a new customer that has not done business here, I suggest trying a nearby location until higher standards are in place, unless you only care about getting your food and drink any way you can.
