Ordered a med frozen mocha n was told there wasn't enough syrup for it. Before I could change my order they said nvm the other girl knows how to make it with something else.. SMH that something else was not mocha or mocha flavored. Idky I haven't learned my lesson yet about this place. They're always screwing up my orders.

The woman that was working here this morning was extremely rude.Telling me not to worry what came with my sandwich, I wanted a coffee to go with it.She started yelling at me what kind of coffee do you want.

Agree with the last two posts, the service from the two older women was beyond rude. They were way out of line. I ordered four simple coffees(they were black with no sweeteners!) and could hear, "That's ridiculous!" Through the intercom as I drove up. (What was ridiculous about ordering coffee at a coffee shop?) When I mentioned to the other one, that the service wasn't so good and that I had heard the other lady, she went on about how miserable she was(mind you she had just gotten there!) and how hot it was. Then she walked away. Tried to mail owner with no reply so now I'll make it public. The only thing ridiculous was the pathetic behavior of the employees and clearly the boss doesn't care, thats why they do it.

The BEST coffee. Not like Dinkins watered down stuff especially the ice coffee.
This place sucked the lady was very rude bad attitude taking are order and waited a very long time then she decides to take someone's else's order at the counter we were in the drive through so we decided to leave according to their bad services. She never acknowledged us at the window at all.

Some of the older women that work at this establishment are MISERABLE. I am often in this area due to work and I will not come here anymore due to the rude attitude of employees. I have given it about 10 tries.... people have bad days understandably but these ladies are horrible.You shouldn't feel like you're inconveniencing someone when you are PAYING for an item.
