My husband and I have been coming here for a while and we were satisfied until today. Customer service was absolutely horrible. I had to ask the young lady 3 times to repeat her question. She was mumbling and speaking so softly that I couldn't understand her. She didn't ask my husband if he wanted any condiments on his sandwich. His steak sandwich was dry and barely had any meat. Wrapped our order to go without asking if we were dining in. Last time we'll be there. Very disappointed.

Good but overpriced and will always forget to include the $3.00 add on you requested. One time I ordered steak and cheese and it came no cheese. Just pay attention it's not that hard.

Honestly disgusted from what I've seen today this morning if I could give 0 stars I would. Gave the lady my order and as I'm watching her make my subs she sneezes while wearing a mask halfway I mean what's the point of wearing a mask if it's not covering anything sneezing all over the food anyways it's honestly sad that this is allowed especially in a food industry worst fast food experience ever will not be coming back to this location.

Ordered two sub sandwich’s, which were made great. The issue was with the cashier asking for me to checkout and pay, before the gentleman had even started making the sandwich’s. She was also standing there and picking at her nails. Unsanitary and gross, won’t be back!

well the manager Maggie everytime I go in there she is sitting in the back not helping at all , there's only one person there and she is trying to do all the work herself.

The service is excellent! The younger crew there are doing a great job with customer service. The only advice is to put more "love" into making the sandwiches. The flavor is of course good but my sandwich is always sloppy, the meat and toppings are not evenly distributed. If you guys work on that you'd be a 5/5 establishment because you're great with the customers.
In the past month we've been here about 3 times. However, after the 3rd strike they're out! Line forms unnecessarily because staff is in back socializing and no one is keeping an eye on the front end. Yes the Italian subs are good with freshly cut cold cuts, but they are somewhat pricey.However, the slicers, grill, cutting board and work station were filthy. They don't wipe down the slicers frequently enough and there's an accumulation of old meats which worries me. Now that subway has slicers and will be slicing their cold cuts on site, I'll go to Subway.

I went to Jersey Mike's on Atwood ave in Johnston today and the women working behind the counter was rude from the second I walked in. The restaurant itself was dirty .She was completely unprofessional, she yelled at me for asking for my order to be made the right way. I will never go back. I went around the corner to Bella's pizza and sub shop and they were excellent
