Literally the worst McDonald’s in Rhode Island. Every single time I come here there’s a problem. To long wait to find out they gave my order to some one else or just getting the wrong order completely. I would rather crawl over the Washington bridge at 5pm than ever go back to this McDonald’s

Absolutely the worst service ever. Waited over an hour for food and they had the nerve to tell me I should have paid more attention. They never called our number or anything but was giving food away do to their screw ups . I will never go back there again!

I came here to get some food for lunch and the lady who gave me the food gave me the dirtiest look for no reason. I asked for an extra sauce and she looked like if I asked her for a million dollars. I do not know the reason for this but I hope she has a better day and that God may bless her. But I just did not like that.

All done with this place. They've gone way downhill. After several chances today they have lost my business. I placed an online order at 2. Got in line by 2:10 and waited half an hour still. They told me to park at the door where I continued to wait. 4 other cars received their food before I went inside to find it already done. Incompetent.

Yes, I rated McDonald's a 5. I only go for breakfast. The morning crew is super friendly and the food is always hot and fresh.

The food is as good as at any other McDonald's, and the staff is friendly and serves you with a smile. They also wipe down the table and chair surfaces every so often. If you are squeamish about mice, though, go to another McDonald's, at least late at night. That's when the little rodents show their faces, when there aren't as many customers around.

The people that work here are rude as hell they do not wear gloves when working with your food. They give u cold food that's been sitting out for hours when your supposed to throw it away after a certain amount of time!!!!! When you call them out on their mistakes they feel offended as if your wrong for complaining!!!! They need better management!!!!!
